研究目的：

探究全息理论经络温通刮痧治疗瘀阻清窍型的颅脑创伤后头痛患者的有效性及安全性；制定并优化头痛的治疗方案，规范全息经络温通刮痧的操作流程，减少并发症的发生；通过本课题突出中医治疗的疗效优势，减轻患者头痛症状、改善睡眠同时减少药物使用，不仅有助于提高其生活质量，还可能对延缓病情的进展发挥重要作用，利于推广。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and safety of holographic theory meridian warming and unblocking gua sha in the treatment of post-traumatic headache patients with blood stasis obstruction and clear orifices type. Formulate and optimize the treatment plan for headache, standardize the operation process of holographic meridian warming and unblocking gua sha, and reduce the occurrence of complications; This topic highlights the therapeutic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, alleviates patients' headache symptoms, improves sleep and reduces drug use at the same time. It not only helps to improve their quality of life, but also may play an important role in delaying the

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合轻型颅脑创伤及瘀阻清窍证诊断标准者,且所有mTBI患者均有头痛，NRS评分≥3分；②年龄≥18周岁；③所有mTBI患者均有颅脑外伤史；并受伤后行常规头颅CT扫描；④认知功能较好，能够配合治疗。

Inclusion criteria

①Those who met the diagnostic criteria of mild craniocerebral trauma and the syndrome of blood stasis obstructing clear orifices and all mTBI patients had headache with an NRS score ≥3 points; ② Age ≥18 years old; ③ All patients with mTBI had a history of craniocerebral trauma; And routine cranial CT scans were performed after the injury; ④ Good cognitive function and able to cooperate with treatment.

排除标准：

①入院前一周内使用消炎镇痛药或激素类药；②任何原发性头痛病史，脑肿瘤、脑炎等器质性病变所致头痛；③任何不止一次TBI病史；④合并有心、肝、肾、造血系统、凝血功能或免疫功能障碍者；⑤存在明显温通刮痧禁忌症者（包括出血、溃疡、感染、过敏等）；⑥对温通刮痧不配合者（包括醉酒、抽搐者）。

Exclusion criteria：

①Use anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs or hormone drugs within one week before admission; ② Any history of primary headache, headache caused by organic lesions such as brain tumors and encephalitis; ③ Any history of TBI more than once; ④ Those with concurrent disorders of the heart, liver, kidneys, hematopoietic system, coagulation function or immune function; ⑤ Those with obvious contraindications for warm and unobstructed gua sha (including bleeding, ulcers, infections, allergies, etc.); ⑥ For those who do not cooperate with Wen Tong gua Sha (including those who are drunk or have convulsions).
