Objectives of Study：

Construction of a Multimodal Emotion Interaction Data-Driven Intelligent Assessment Model for Subthreshold Depression; Investigation of the Specific Modulatory Effects of Transcutaneous Acupoint Electrical Stimulation on Cerebral Blood Oxygen Levels in Subthreshold Depressed Individuals

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1 阈下抑郁组 ① 年龄18～30岁，性别不限，右利手； ② 符合阈下抑郁诊断标准，即大部分时间具有两种或两种以上的抑郁症状，持续两周以上，伴随有一定程度的社会功能损害，但达不到抑郁障碍的诊断标准； ③ 使用迷你国际神经精神病学访谈（The Mini International Neuro psychiatric Interview（MINIversion5.0）），确定不符合精神障碍诊断和统计手册第5版（Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-V，DSM-V）中抑郁症的诊断标准且无自杀倾向； ④ 17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）分数＞7分，＜17分； ⑤ 在过去6个月未接受任何抑郁症相关的治疗； ⑥ 知情同意，自愿参加。 2 健康对照组 ① 年龄18～30岁，性别不限，右利手； ② 不符合阈下抑郁及抑郁症诊断标准； ③ 17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）分数≤7分； ⑤ 知情同意，自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1 subthreshold depression group ① Age is 18~30 years old gender is not limited right-handed; ② Meet the diagnostic criteria for subthreshold depression that is most of the time with two or more types of depressive symptoms lasting for more than two weeks accompanied by a certain degree of social function impairment but can not meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder; ③ Using the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (The Mini International Neuro psychiatric Interview (MINIversion5.0)) to determine the diagnostic criteria for depression not suicidal in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Version 5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-V DSM-V); ④ 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score> 7 <17; ⑤ Not receiving any depression-related treatment in the past 6 months; ⑥ Informed consent and voluntary participation. 2 healthy control group ① Age is 18~30 years old gender is not limited right-handed; ② Did not meet the diagnostic criteria for subthreshold depression and depression; ③ 17 items on the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score of 7 points; ⑤ Informed consent and voluntary participation.

排除标准：

① 根据DSM-V标准，满足心境障碍、双相抑郁障碍、精神障碍等的诊断标准； ② 既往精神疾病史或器质性精神障碍，或精神活性物质和非成瘾物质所致抑郁者； ③ 任何重大医学或神经疾病，头部外伤史； ④ 有内分泌紊乱（如库欣综合征、艾迪生氏病）等影响指标检测者； ⑤ 正在参与对本研究结果有影响的其它临床试验者。 如以上任何一个答案为“是”，此受试者不能参加。

Exclusion criteria：

① According to the DSM-V criteria meet the diagnostic criteria of mood disorder bipolar depression disorder mental disorder and so on; ② Patients with a history of previous mental illness or organic mental disorders or depression caused by psychoactive substances and non-addictive substances; ③ Any major medical or neurological disease a history of head trauma; ④ Endocrine disorders (such as Cushings syndrome Addisons disease) and other influence indicators detection; ⑤ Other clinical trials currently influencing the results of the study. If any of the above answers are yes this subject could not participate.
