研究目的：

观察针刺结合康复治疗运动员慢性非特异性腰痛的疗效，为针刺在运动员CNSLBP的临床应用提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

This experiment aims to observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment for chronic non-specific back pain in shooting and archery athletes and provide a basis for the clinical application of acupuncture in chronic non-specific back pain of shooting and archery athletes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究拟纳入60例符合慢性非特异性腰痛诊断及中医瘀血型腰痛辨证的于上海市竞技体育训练管理中心训练的射击运动员运动员，随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组采用针刺+康复训练治疗，每周3次，隔日进行，共4周。取穴具体包括：肾俞、大肠俞、膈俞、命门、腰阳关、委中、昆仑、阿是穴（多裂肌上痛点），垂直进针并得气得气后，留针20min。对照组采用康复训练治疗，每周3次，隔日进行，共4周。分别在治疗前、治疗4周后、治疗8周后（随访4周后）收集受试者的Oswestry功能障碍指数改善率、等速肌力、压痛阈、VAS评分、改良版JOA评分、Y-balance测试、八级腹桥测试并进行数据分析。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study aims to include 60 shooting athletes who meet the criteria for chronic non-specific low back pain diagnosis and traditional Chinese medicine blood stasis type low back pain syndrome differentiation and were trained at the Shanghai Sports Training Management Center. They will be randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group received acupuncture and rehabilitation training three times a week every other day for a total of four weeks. The specific acupoints selected include: Shen Shu Da Chang Shu Ge Shu Ming Men Yao Yang Guan Wei Zhong Kunlun and A Shi (pain points on the multifidus). After vertically inserting the needle and obtaining qi leave the needle for 20 minutes. The control group received rehabilitation training treatment three times a week every other day for a total of four weeks. Collect and analyze the Oswestry Disability Index improvement rate isokinetic muscle strength tenderness threshold VAS score modified JOA score Y-balance test and eighth grade abdominal bridge test of the subjects before treatment 4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment (4 weeks after follow-up).

纳入标准：

1.符合西医慢性非特异性腰痛西医诊断标准与中医腰痛瘀血阻滞证辨证标准；2.年龄18周岁~40周岁，性别不限；3.初次就诊时4分≤VAS疼痛评分≤7分；4.近3月未接受CNSLBP相关治疗；5.对研究知情了解，自愿加入本研究，签署知情同意书 6.承诺在疗程内不进行其他相关治疗，包括但不限于运用药物治疗（非甾体类药物、阿片类药物、中成药等）、微创介入治疗、手术治疗等。

Inclusion criteria

Participants will be eligible for inclusion if they meet the following inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic non-specific low back pain and the syndrome differentiation criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for low back pain with blood stasis obstruction; 2. age range of 18 to 40 years old gender not limited; 3. 4 ≤ VAS ≤ 7 points at the initial visit; 4. have not received CNSLBP related treatment in the past three months; 5. consent to participate in this study and sign the written informed consent 6. commit not to carry out other relevant treatment within the course of treatment including but not limited to drug treatment (non steroidal drugs opioids traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations etc.) minimally invasive interventional treatment surgical treatment etc.

排除标准：

1.合并严重的并发症（包括但不限于重症感染、严重外伤、心脑血管疾病、肝肾功能不全、肺功能不全、造血系统疾病、肿瘤活动期）；2.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；3.精神疾病者；4. 合并急慢性皮肤病（皮肤感染、鱼鳞病、体癣、天疱疮、银屑病、特应性皮炎、过敏性皮炎、接触性皮炎、多形红斑、皮肤癌等），或皮肤有开放性伤口，局部皮损不适宜接受治疗者；5.既往有严重外用药物过敏史者。

Exclusion criteria：

Participants will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria: 1. a combination of serious complications (including but not limited to severe infections severe injuries cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases liver and kidney dysfunction lung dysfunction hematopoietic system diseases and tumor activity); 2. pregnant or lactating women; 3. patients with mental illnesses; 4. patients with combined acute and chronic skin diseases (skin infections ichthyosis tinea corporis pemphigus vulgaris psoriasis atopic dermatitis allergic dermatitis contact dermatitis erythema multiforme skin cancer etc.) or those with open wounds on the skin and local skin lesions that are not suitable for treatment; 5. patients with a history of severe allergic reactions to topical medications.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

依托SPSS软件采取随机数法，将样本分成两组，每组30例，为治疗组与对照组。分类方法是：首先根据治疗的先后顺序，把患者从1、2、3、4……60编号，然后再查阅随机的数值表，得出60个数字，将得出的60个数字从大到小排序，前30个为治疗小组，后30个为对照小组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This experiment relies on SPSS software and adopts a random number method to divide the sample into two groups with 30 cases in each group namely the treatment group and the control group. The classification method is as follows: first according to the order of treatment patients are numbered from 1 2 3 4... 60 and then a random numerical table is consulted to obtain 60 numbers. The obtained 60 numbers are sorted in descending order with the first 30 being the treatment group and the last 30 being the control group
