研究目的：

（1）观察电针治疗SMD的临床疗效，形成可推广应用的电针干预方案； （2）基于fMRI和EEG观察电针干预SMD引起的脑效应时空变化规律； （3）提取气虚证SMD患者舌面诊数据关键特征，实现中医证候的客观化、表征化。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in treating SMD and form an electroacupuncture intervention program that can be popularized and applied; (2) Based on fMRI and EEG observe the change rule of spatial and temporal brain effects caused by electroacupuncture intervention for SMD; (3) To extract the key features of tongue and face diagnosis data of SMD patients with qi deficiency and to realize the objectification and characterization of TCM symptoms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄55~75岁，右利手，母语为汉语，小学及以上文化程度；②自诉存在记忆减退表现1年以上；③日常记忆问卷（EMQ）总分在58分以上；④中文版简易精神状态检查表（MMSE）在27-30分之间、老年抑郁量表（GDS-15）小于5分、广泛性焦虑量表（GAD-7）小于10分；⑤符合气虚体质证候得分≥40分；⑥患者及其家属对本研究知情，并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age 55-75 years old right-handed mother tongue Chinese elementary school education or above; ② self-reported memory loss performance for more than 1 year; ③ daily memory questionnaire (EMQ) total score of 58 or more; ④ Chinese version of the Simple Mental State Examination (MMSE) scores between 27-30 points the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS-15) is less than 5 points Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) is less than 10 points; ⑤ meet the qi deficiency quality syndrome score ≥ 40 points; ⑥ patients and their families informed about this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①心理或神经疾病病史；②可能具有妨碍完成神经心理学评估或fMRI扫描的因素；③严重心脑血管疾病；④使用影响认知功能的药物；⑤近1周内饮用酒精；⑥严重听力、视力损伤者。

Exclusion criteria：

(i) history of psychological or neurological disorders; (ii) factors that may prevent completion of a neuropsychological evaluation or fMRI scan; (iii) severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease; (iv) use of medications affecting cognitive function; (v) consumption of alcohol within the last week; (vi) persons with severe hearing or vision impairment.

采用盲法设计，对受试者设盲，受试者不知道自己的分组信息。同时，除针刺操作者外，量表评估人员、指标检测人员、数据统计人员均不知道受试者分组信息。
