研究目的：

1.评价治伤软膏治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤（踝部）的有效性和安全性。 2.比较治伤软膏与外用非甾体抗炎药对急性闭合性软组织损伤部位的疼痛、肿胀、关节功能等的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zhishang Ointment in the treatment of acute closed soft tissue injuries (ankle). 2. Compare the effects of Zhishang Ointment and topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on pain swelling joint function etc. of the sites of acute closed soft tissue injuries.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合急性闭合性软组织损伤（踝部）的西医诊断标准； 2.72小时内有明确单侧踝关节外伤史，造成踝关节局部肿胀、疼痛及关节活动障碍等； 3.年龄18～70周岁，性别不限； 4.自愿签署知情同意书，同意按照研究方案的要求参加所有的访视。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for acute closed soft tissue injury (ankle); 2.72 hours have a clear history of unilateral ankle joint trauma resulting in local ankle swelling pain and joint mobility disorders; 3. Age 18-70 years old gender unlimited; 4. Voluntarily sign informed consent and agree to participate in all visits as required by the study protocol.

排除标准：

1.患处存在皮肤破损者； 2.既往长期服用非甾体抗炎药者； 3.踝关节骨折和韧带完全撕裂患者； 4.对试验用药中任何成分过敏者，或多次因使用软膏剂而发生接触性皮炎者（三次以上）； 5.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 6.三个月内参加过或正在参加其他临床试验研究的受试者； 7.研究者认为不适合参与本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There is skin damage in the affected area; 2. Long-term use of NSAIDS; 3. Patients with ankle joint fracture and complete ligament tear; 4. People who are allergic to any of the ingredients in the test drug or who have had contact dermatitis due to the use of the ointment multiple times (more than three times); 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Participants who have participated or are participating in other clinical trials within three months; 7. Other situations considered inappropriate by the investigator for participation in this study.
