研究目的：

本研究旨在以不同时间点进行针刺治疗对接受冻融胚胎移植（FET）助孕的不孕症患者为研究对象，观察不同时间点针刺（FET周期前针刺、FET周期内针刺、不针刺）对受试者的子宫内膜容受性指标、临床妊娠率、生化妊娠率、活产率、流产率等的影响，探索针刺辅助生殖的优势领域，帮助FET患者获得最优的助孕结果。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to observe the effects of acupuncture treatment at different time points on infertility patients who underwent frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) to assist conception and to observe the effects of acupuncture at different time points (acupuncture before the FET cycle acupuncture during the FET cycle and no acupuncture) on the endometrial receptivity indexes clinical pregnancy rate biochemical pregnancy rate live birth rate and miscarriage rate of subjects and to explore the advantageous areas of acupuncture in assisted reproduction and to help FET patients achieve optimal assisted conception outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合不孕症诊断标准，且拟行FET者； （2）年龄：21≤年龄＜38； （3）有冻存胚胎（至少有1个优质囊胚或2个卵裂优胚）； （4）采用激素替代周期方案行内膜准备的患者； （5）宫腔镜检查结果无异常； （6）自愿签署知情同意书； 注：同时满足以上6条标准即纳入本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who fulfill all of the following criteria will be included. (1) Infertile patients are planning to undergo FET; (2) Aged 21-38 years; (3) Having frozen embryos (at least 1 good quality blastocyst or 2 high-quality cleavage embryos); (4) Adopted hormone replacement therapy (HRT) as the endometrial preparation regimen; (5) Hysteroscopy was completed with no abnormality; (6) Signed informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

（1）拟行植入前胚胎基因检测（PGT）者； （2）患有子宫畸形（单角子宫、双角子宫、未治疗的子宫隔膜）或其他可损伤子宫内膜腔的未治疗疾病，如子宫腺肌病、粘膜下肌瘤、子宫粘连或瘢痕子宫； （3）合并未纠正的高催乳素血症、高雄激素血症者、甲状腺功能异常、慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退等代谢内分泌疾病； （4）合并复发性流产者； （5）有出血倾向以及容易发生感染者，或患有严重过敏性､或皮肤有溃疡､瘢痕等禁止针刺或晕针患者； （6）近三个月接受过针刺治疗患者。 注：凡符合以上任意1条者均予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who fulfill any of the following criteria will be excluded. (1) Those who intend to perform preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) of embryos; (2) History of uterine malformation (e.g. unicornuate uterus bicornuate uterus untreated septate uterus) and other untreated diseases that can damage the endometrial cavity (e.g. uterine adenomyosis submucous myoma uterine adhesion or scarred uterus). (3) History of endocrine metabolic diseases such as uncorrected hyperprolactinemia hyperandrogenism thyroid dysfunction and chronic adrenal cortical dysfunction. (4) History of recurrent miscarriage; (5) Acupuncture syncope and other conditions that are prohibited to use acupuncture for example high risk of hemorrhage serious infection or skin diseases(e.g. allergies ulcers or scars) at the acupuncture site; (6) Acupuncture treatment in the past 3 months.
