研究目的：

通过本研究，探讨改良推熨鳖甲灸联合平衡火罐技术干预原发性痛经的可行性，期望为临床护理原发性痛经患者找到更加安全、有效、简便、舒适度高的方法。拓展鳖甲灸技术的临床应用范围，丰富中医药内病外治的内涵，体现和发挥中医护理适宜技术优势。

Objectives of Study：

Through this study, we explore the feasibility of using improved turtle shell moxibustion combined with balanced cupping therapy to intervene in primary dysmenorrhea, with the hope of finding a safer, more effective, simpler, and more comfortable method for clinical nursing of patients with primary dysmenorrhea. This expands the clinical application scope of turtle shell moxibustion technology, enriches the connotation of external treatment for internal diseases in traditional Chinese medicine, and demonstrates and leverages the advantages of appropriate traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合原发性痛经诊断标准，出现痛经症状或伴随症状至少3个月经周期。 2.年龄在 11~45 周岁的女性。 3.依从性好，能够配合采集临床资料及愿意接受本疗法患者。 4. 不合并其他内外科疾病者。 5.治疗前3个月未接受过其他相关治疗，患者自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for primary dysmenorrhea with symptoms of dysmenorrhea or associated symptoms occurring for at least 3 menstrual cycles. 2. Female aged between 11 to 45 years old. 3. Good compliance able to cooperate with the collection of clinical data and willing to accept this therapy. 4. Not complicated with other internal or surgical diseases. 5.Has not received other related treatments in the 3 months prior to treatment and the patient voluntarily signs an informed consent form..

排除标准：

1.不符合上述中、西医诊断标准。 2.年龄小于11周岁或大于45周岁者。 3.经检查证实，有盆腔炎等器质性病变所致的痛经患者。 4.伴有严重的心脑血管等疾病及伴有其他可危及生命的原发性疾病的患者。 5.患有精神类疾病，感染性疾病，患有皮肤病、皮肤有破损、有皮疹者，或其他不适宜治疗者。 6.同时接受其它治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Does not meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese or Western medicine. 2. Patients under 11 years of age or over 45 years of age. 3.Patients with dysmenorrhea caused by organic lesions such as pelvic inflammatory disease confirmed by examination. 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other primary diseases that may endanger life. 5.Patients with mental illnesses infectious diseases skin diseases skin damage rashes or other conditions that are not suitable for treatment. 6.Patients who are receiving other treatments simultaneously..

由研究者根据每位患者的就诊顺序为初始编号 1-90，用Excel 软件中的 RANDBETWEEN 函数生成范围在 1-90 的 90 个随机不重复的整数，按照数字的大小升序排名，第 1-30、31-60、61-90 名分别为对照组、试验1组、试验2组。

Researchers assigned an initial number from 1 to 90 to each patient based on their order of visit. Using the RANDBETWEEN function in Excel software, 90 unique random integers within the range of 1 to 90 were generated. These numbers were then ranked in ascending order, with the first 30 numbers assigned to the control group, the next 30 numbers to the experimental group 1, and the last 30 numbers to the experimental group 2.
