研究目的：

探讨电针治疗气滞血瘀型外阴痛的有效性和安全性，制定并优化外阴痛的治疗方案；通过本课题突出中西医结合治疗的疗效优势，形成中西医结合治疗气滞血瘀型外阴痛的临床路径，利于推广，造福更多外阴痛患者。

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Efficacy and Safety of Electroacupuncture in Treating Vulvodynia with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Pattern and Developing an Optimized Treatment Protocol for Vulvodynia and through this research we aim to highlight the therapeutic advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine establish a clinical pathway for the treatment of vulvodynia with Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern using this integrated approach and promote its widespread application to benefit more patients suffering from vulvodynia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

明确诊断为气滞血瘀型外阴痛的女性患者；18岁≤年龄≤70岁；4分≤VAS评分≤8分；经保守治疗效果不佳；理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

Female patients who have been clearly diagnosed with vulvodynia of qi stagnation and blood stasis type; aged between 18 and 70 years old (inclusive); with a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score ranging from 4 to 8 points (inclusive); those who have shown poor response to conservative treatment; and those who understand and consent to participate in this study and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

孕妇或处女；诊断为间质性膀胱炎；诊断为肠易激综合征；合并阴道炎、宫颈炎或盆腔炎性疾病；合并其他可导致疼痛的盆腔病变；经穴局部有皮肤感染的病； 近1个月内参加过或正在参加其他临床试验者；曾接受过电针治疗的外阴痛患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women or virgins; diagnosed with interstitial cystitis; diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome; complicated with vaginitis cervicitis or pelvic inflammatory disease; complicated with other pelvic lesions that can cause pain; patients with skin infections at the local acupoints; those who have participated in or are currently participating in other clinical trials within the past month; patients with vulvodynia who have previously received electroacupuncture treatment
