研究目的：

（1）明确身心运动八段锦能促进MCI患者认知功能的恢复，缓解抑郁，提高睡眠质量； （2）探索八段锦改善MCI患者认知功能的脑神经网络功能连接机制，为预防痴呆提供循证依据； （3）通过严格、随机、对照研究，保证其结果、结论的可靠性，为传统功法推广应用提供临床依据；

Objectives of Study：

(1) To clarify that Baduanjin Qigong can promote the recovery of cognitive function in patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) alleviate depression and improve sleep quality; (2) To explore the brain neural network functional connectivity mechanism by which Baduanjin Qigong improves the cognitive function of MCI patients providing evidence-based evidence for the prevention of dementia; (3) Through strict randomized controlled studies to ensure the reliability of the results and conclusions providing clinical evidence for the popularization and application of traditional exercises.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合MCI的诊断标准； ②年龄60-85岁之间； ③最近半年内未进行有规律的运动锻炼，即每周至少3次，每次至少20分组的各种形式的规律性锻炼； ④知情同意并自愿签订《知情同意书》。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria for Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI); ② Aged between 60 and 85 years old; ③ Have not engaged in regular exercise in the past six months that is at least three times a week each time at least 20 minutes of various forms of regular exercise; ④ Provide informed consent and voluntarily sign the "Informed Consent Form".

排除标准：

①高血压患者且血压无法控制患者（服药后收缩压大于160mmHg或舒张压大于100mmHg）； ②有精神病史（如人格分裂、精神分裂症、严重抑郁症等），或其他主要的神经退行性痴呆症； ③合并严重的肝、肾、血液病变以及内分泌系统原发病者； ④严重失语症，有严重的视力减退、视野缺损、视空间忽略和听力障碍的患者，不能配合治疗及相关评定者； ⑤肢体有骨性关节炎、关节置换、骨折等影响运动的骨关节疾病； ⑥因药物或中毒等其他原因引起的认知障碍者； ⑦正在参加影响本研究结果的其他研究试验者； 凡具备以上条件之一者，予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with hypertension and uncontrollable blood pressure (systolic blood pressure greater than 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 100mmHg after medication); ② Patients with a history of mental illness (such as dissociative identity disorder schizophrenia severe depression etc.) or other major neurodegenerative dementias; ③ Patients with severe liver kidney blood disorders and primary endocrine system diseases; ④ Patients with severe aphasia significant visual impairment visual field defects visuospatial neglect and hearing disorders who cannot cooperate with treatment and related assessments; ⑤ Patients with bone and joint diseases affecting movement such as osteoarthritis joint replacement fractures etc.; ⑥ Patients with cognitive impairment caused by drugs poisoning or other reasons; ⑦ Patients currently participating in other research trials that may affect the results of this study; Any individual meeting any of the above conditions will be excluded.
