探讨“标本配穴”电针治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效

Objectives of Study：

To explore the therapeutic effect of "specimen matching acupoints" electroacupuncture in the treatment of premature Ovarian failure

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

年龄在20～40岁之间的女性患者，符合卵巢早衰诊断标准，且近3个月内未接受过其他针对卵巢早衰的治疗；自愿参加本试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Female patients aged between 20 and 40 years old met the diagnostic criteria of premature ovarian failure and had not received any other treatment for premature ovarian failure in the past 3 months.

排除标准：

合并有其他严重的内外科疾病，如心血管疾病、肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤等；患有精神疾病或认知障碍，不能配合治疗和随访；妊娠或哺乳期妇女；对电针治疗过敏或不耐受；正在参加其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

Complicated with other serious medical and surgical diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, hepatorenal insufficiency, malignant tumor, etc.; mental illness or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; pregnant or lactating women; allergic or intolerant to electroacupuncture; is participating in other clinical trials.

使用SPSS29.0软件生成随机数字，将这些随机数字以及对应的分组信息，装入不透光的信封内进行密封处理，并在信封外粘贴唯一编号。患者按照就诊的先后顺序，领取对应编号的信封。

Use SPSS29.0 software to generate random numbers put these random numbers and corresponding grouping information into opaque envelopes for sealing processing and paste a unique number outside the envelope. Patients receive the corresponding numbered envelopes according to the order of seeing a doctor.
