研究目的：

通过运用本研究制定的中医特色维持性血液透析生存质量量表对临床患者进行评价，探讨生存质量的影响因素及其与中医证候之间的相关性，作为本研究所产生量表的初步应用。

Objectives of Study：

Clinical patients were evaluated by using the TCM characteristic maintenance hemodialysis quality of life scale developed in this study and the influencing factors of quality of life and the correlation between them and TCM syndromes were discussed which was the preliminary application of the scale produced in this study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①规律维持性血液透析≥３个月，且依从性良好； ②年龄≥18岁，性别不限； ③认知功能正常，即能明白此次调查研究的内容和目的，并独立配合调查者完成调查内容； ④愿意参加此研究，签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

① Regular maintenance hemodialysis ≥3 months and compliance is good; Age ≥18 years old gender is not limited; (3) If the cognitive function is normal they can understand the content and purpose of the investigation and independently cooperate with the investigator to complete the investigation content; ④ Willing to participate in the study sign the informed consent;

排除标准：

①严重心、肺或脑并发症、恶病质、大手术等明显影响生存质量者； ②合并意识障碍、认知功能障碍或精神疾患不能配合者； ③对治疗医嘱依从性不佳者；

Exclusion criteria：

① Serious heart lung or brain complications cachexia major surgery etc. which significantly affect the quality of life; (2) Patients with consciousness disorder cognitive dysfunction or mental illness can not cooperate; ③ Poor adherence to medical advice;
