评估益气复脉（冻干）治疗射血分数保留型心力衰竭的有效性和安全性

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Fumai Injection in the treatment of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1: （1）符合射血分数保留的心衰西医诊断及中医气阴两虚血瘀证辨证标准； 2: （2）纽约心脏病学会（NYHA）心功能分级Ⅱ～III级； 3: （3）同意治疗且签署知情同意书； 4: （4）近期未参加其他临床试验者 5: （5）年龄大于35岁

Inclusion criteria

1: people were selected with certain diagnostic standard. 2: New York College of Cardiology (NYHA) Heart Function Grade II to III 3: Over 35 years old 4: Consent to treatment and sign an informed consent form 5: No recent participation in other clinical trials

排除标准：

1: （1）合并严重的肝肾功能衰竭、呼吸衰竭、感染、外伤、及肿瘤疾病； 2: （2）哺乳期或妊娠期患者； 3: （3）合并有精神病、认知障碍及不配合治疗者； 4: （4）对益气复脉冻干过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Complicated with severe liver and kidney failure respiratory failure infection trauma and tumor disease 2: Patients during lactation or pregnancy 3: Patients with mental illness cognitive impairment 4: Allergic to the investigational drug

随机过程由临床试验公共管理平台预设程序进行，所有符合条件的患者将通过平台系统随机分配到两个组之一（治疗组或对照组），将患者分配随机化编号，编号将患者与分配组别和对应的治疗方法进行关联。

All eligible patients were randomly assigned to one of the two groups (test group or control group) through the platform system and the patients were assigned a randomized number which associated the patients with the assigned group and the corresponding treatment method.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

收集: 数据来源于本研究，CRF收集具体内容：6 分钟步行试验报告、血常规、NT-proBNP 检验结果、无创血流动力学监测仪进行无创心功能报告、心脏彩超报告。 储存:储存时间为研究结束后，地点：中医科 GCP 资料室，保存至少 5 年 使用:用于后续临床数据分析，论文发表 销毁:对于存储在纸质文档、光盘、磁带等介质上的数据，采用物理销毁方式，使其存储的数据完全不可读。针对存储于硬盘等电子设备中的数据，采用数据擦除软件进行处理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Collection: The data is sourced from this study and the specific contents of CRF collection include: 6-minute walk test report blood routine NT proBNP test results non-invasive cardiac function report using non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring instrument and cardiac ultrasound report. Storage: The storage time is after the end of the study located in the GCP Data Room of the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and kept for at least 5 years Usage: Used for subsequent clinical data analysis and paper publication Destruction: For data stored on paper documents CDs tapes and other media physical destruction is used to make the stored data completely unreadable. For data stored in electronic devices such as hard drives data erasure software is used for processing.
