Objectives of Study：

To investigate the impact of "specimen point matching" electroacupuncture therapy on ERAS in endoscopic rectal cancer surgery under general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)初次接受直肠癌内镜手术； (2)性别不限，年龄≥18岁； (3)美国麻醉医师协会ASA分级I-III级； (4)术中麻醉方式为气管插管全麻麻醉； (5)能理解NRS评分、焦虑量表、抑郁量表、疼痛灾难化量表； (6)自愿参与，患者或家属签署知情同意书，并纳入临床伦理治疗患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) First-time undergoing endoscopic surgery for rectal cancer; (2) No gender restrictions, age ≥ 18 years old; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III; (4) Intraoperative anesthesia method is tracheal intubation general anesthesia; (5) Able to understand the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), anxiety scale, depression scale, and pain catastrophizing scale; (6) Voluntary participation, with informed consent signed by the patient or their family, and included in the clinical ethics treatment of patients.

排除标准：

(1)患者不同意参加该研究或手术，未签署知情同意书； (2)有严重心血管系统疾病或慢性呼吸道疾病如COPD等； (3)有脑卒中、短暂性脑缺血发作病史者； (4)对本研究中使用的镇痛药物过敏史； (5)有药物成瘾史； (6)正在服用抗抑郁药或者镇静药等； (7)有中枢神经系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The patient does not agree to participate in the study or surgery and has not signed the informed consent form. (2) Those with severe cardiovascular system diseases or chronic respiratory diseases such as COPD, etc. (3) Those with a history of stroke or transient ischemic attack. (4) Those with a history of allergy to the analgesic drugs used in this study. (5) Those with a history of drug addiction. (6) Those currently taking antidepressants or sedatives, etc. (7) Those with central nervous system diseases.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由第三方按筛选进入的顺序逐个对合格受试者编号1-260，采用SPSS生成260个随机数字，得出分组结果（1-130为试验组，131-260为对照组）制成随机卡片，密封至不透光的信封，试验进行时将纳入病例按进入试验的前后顺序对应信封上的序号按序开封信封，根据里面的提示进行分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The qualified subjects will be numbered 1 to 260 in the order of screening by a third party. 260 random numbers will be generated using SPSS to obtain the grouping results (1 to 130 for the experimental group and 131 to 260 for the control group). Random cards will be made and sealed in opaque envelopes. During the trial, the included cases will be opened in the order of their entry into the trial according to the numbers on the envelopes, and the grouping will be carried out according to the prompts inside.

盲法：

1、受试者盲：受试者（患者）在签署知情同意书后，不知道自己将被分配到试验组还是对照组。研究过程中，患者不会被告知接受的是电针疗法还是假电针疗法。 2、研究者盲：负责电针的研究员不参与麻醉的实施。实施麻醉的医护人员不知道受试者所属的具体分组是电针还是假电针。为了实现研究者盲，将采用以下措施： （1）电针疗法和假电针疗法的操作流程、设备外观和操作环境尽量保持一致。 （2）电针疗法和假电针疗法的操作人员经过统一培训，确保操作手法、力度和频率一致。 （3）研究者在记录和报告数据时，使用编号代替患者姓名，以避免透露分组信息。 3、数据分析盲：数据分析人员在不知晓分组信息的情况下进行数据分析。在数据统计分析前，确保所有数据中的患者信息均已被编号替代。

Blinding：

1. Subject blinding: After signing the informed consent form, the subjects (patients) do not know whether they will be assigned to the experimental group or the control group. During the study, patients will not be informed whether they are receiving electroacupuncture therapy or sham electroacupuncture therapy. 2. Investigator blinding: The researchers responsible for electroacupuncture do not participate in the implementation of anesthesia. The medical staff implementing anesthesia do not know whether the specific group the subjects belong to is electroacupuncture or sham electroacupuncture. To achieve investigator blinding, the following measures will be taken: (1) The operation procedures, equipment appearance, and operation environment of electroacupuncture therapy and sham electroacupuncture therapy will be kept as consistent as possible. (2) The operators of electroacupuncture therapy and sham electroacupuncture therapy will receive unified training to ensure consistent operation techniques, force, and frequency. (3) Researchers will use numbers instead of patient names when recording and reporting data to avoid revealing group information. 3. Data analysis blinding: Data analysts will conduct data analysis without knowing the group information. Before data statistical analysis, ensure that all patient information in the data has been replaced with numbers.

Data collection: Standardized case report forms (CRFs) will be used for data collection. All data will be collected by trained researchers to ensure accuracy and consistency. Data collection will include patients' demographic characteristics, surgical information, observation indicators, etc. Data management: Data entry will be conducted independently by two people to reduce entry errors.
