研究目的：

评价电针心包经穴干预急性脑梗死昏迷患者的临床效应

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture at the pericardium meridian points on patients with acute cerebral infarction in a coma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

所有病例经临床和CT/MRI确诊为脑血管意外，病情基本稳定，符合上诉诊断标准，并符合下述标准者可纳入： ①　符合急性缺血性卒中的西医诊断标准； ②　符合中医中风病的诊断标准，分期标准属于急性期； ③　GCS 评分 3-8 分，病情稳定后仍处于昏迷状态； ④　在症状出现 24 小时以内入院； ⑤　40岁≤年龄≤75岁； ⑥　患者家属知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

All cases were diagnosed as cerebrovascular accident by clinical and CT/MRI the condition was basically stable and met the above diagnostic criteria met the following criteria could be included: ①　Meet the diagnostic criteria of acute ischemic stroke in Western medicine; ②　Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke in Chinese medicine and the staging criteria belong to the acute stage; ③　GCS score of 3-8 points still in a coma after the condition stable; ④　Hospitalized within 24 hours of symptom onset; ⑤　40 years old ≤ age ≤ 75 years old; 　Informed consent of the patient's family.

排除标准：

①　非脑梗死引起的昏迷； ②　有精神类相关疾病或病史； ③　出现脑出血、脑肿瘤、活动性感染； ④　合并血液病或恶性肿瘤； ⑤　哺乳或怀孕； ⑥　病程不属于急性期的脑卒中患者； ⑦　合并其他危急重症。

Exclusion criteria：

①　Coma not caused by cerebral infarction; ②　History of or current psychiatric disorders; ③　Cerebral hemorrhage brain active infection; ④　Concomitant hematologic disease or malignancy; ⑤　Breastfeeding or pregnancy; ⑥　Stroke patients not in the acute phase⑦　Concomitant other critical illness.
