研究目的：

本研究探讨促愈熏洗颗粒防治湿热下注型内痔自动套扎术后并发症的临床研究，探讨促愈熏洗颗粒对自动弹力线套扎术后痔疮患者疗效的作用及其对术后常见并发症的影响，以提高痔疮手术和术后并发症的疗效，优化诊疗方式，为临床治疗内痔提供新的思路和方法。

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the clinical research on the prevention and treatment of complications after automatic ligation of damp heat type internal hemorrhoids using Cuyu Xunxi granules. It investigates the effect of Cuyu Xunxi granules on the efficacy of hemorrhoid patients after automatic elastic thread ligation and its impact on common postoperative complications in order to improve the efficacy of hemorrhoid surgery and postoperative complications optimize diagnosis and treatment methods and provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of internal hemorrhoids.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合混合痔诊断标准，无手术禁忌症 ②有手术指征并行自动弹力线套扎手术治疗的患者 ③年龄在18～65岁之间的住院病人，男女不限； ④既往未接受过肛周脓肿、肛瘘等肛门部相关手术 ⑤患者无结核病、免疫系统疾病、严重心脑血管疾病、血液病、糖尿病、恶性肿瘤等疾病； ⑥自愿加入本试验,并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

① Meets mixed hemorrhoid diagnostic criteria and has no surgical contraindications② Patients with surgical indications undergoing parallel automatic elastic thread ligation surgery③ Inpatients between the ages of 18 and 65 regardless of gender;④ I have not undergone any anal related surgeries such as perianal abscess or anal fistula in the past⑤ The patient has no tuberculosis immune system disease serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease blood disease diabetes malignant tumor and other diseases; ⑥ Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

①不符合混合痔诊断标准和纳入标准的患者； ②术前的常规检查及检验存在明显手术禁忌证的患者 ③患有心血管、肝、肾、造血系统或其他严重危及生命的原发疾病或明显影响术后创面恢复的疾病以及精神疾病患者； ④有肛周脓肿、肛瘘等肛门部手术病史或肛门部的外伤史 ⑤精神疾病患者 ⑥有过敏体质的患者 符合上述一条即不纳入本次研究。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients who do not meet mixed hemorrhoid diagnostic and inclusion criteria;② Patients with obvious surgical contraindications in preoperative routine examinations and tests③ Patients with cardiovascular liver kidney hematopoietic system or other serious life-threatening primary diseases or diseases that significantly affect postoperative wound recovery as well as psychiatric disorders;④ History of anal surgery such as perianal abscess and anal fistula or history of anal trauma⑤ Patients with mental illness⑥ Patients with allergiesThose who meet the above criteria will not be included in this study.
