研究目的：

探讨耳穴自控神经刺激对乳腺癌手术术后恶心呕吐发生率的影响

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of auricular self-controlled nerve stimulation on the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting after breast cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.择期行乳腺癌手术患者； 2.年龄18~80岁； 3.ASA 分级 I~II； 4.BMI 19.0~25kg/m2 5.已签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients scheduled for breast cancer surgery; 2.Aged 18 to 80 years; 3.ASA grade I to II; 4.BMI 19.0 to 25 kg/m². 5.The informed consent has been signed

排除标准：

1.2 周内曾接受过针刺治疗； 2.患有中枢神经系统或精神疾病； 3.近期服用过镇静药、镇痛药、抗抑郁药； 4.有长期吸烟或酗酒史； 5.不适合做耳穴电刺激的患者，如刺激部位皮肤有破损、已经施行过耳穴压豆、凝血功能异常、有出血倾向者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who have received acupuncture treatment within two weeks; 2.Patients with central nervous system or mental disorders; 3.Patients who have recently taken sedatives analgesics or antidepressants; 4.Patients with a long history of smoking or heavy drinking; 5.Patients who are not suitable for auricular electroacupuncture such as those with skin damage at the stimulation site those who have undergone auricular seed pressing those with abnormal blood coagulation function or those with a tendency to bleed.
