研究目的：

评估电针联合艾灸治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的临床疗效和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合上述DMED中西医诊断标准； （2）国际勃起功能量表（IIEF-5）评分8-21分，即病情为轻中度； （3）年龄20-55岁； （4）治疗期间病情稳定可配合检查和治疗； （5）经B超检测提示阴茎深动脉血供未见异常，血清睾酮含量正常或降低 （6）近4周未接受任何与本病相关的治疗； （7）自愿参加试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Compliance with the above mentioned diagnostic criteria for DMED in both Chinese and Western medicine; (2) International Erectile Function Scale (IIEF-5) score of 8-21 i.e. the condition is mild to moderate; (3) Aged 20-55 years old; (4) Stable condition during the treatment and can cooperate with the examination and treatment; (5) No abnormality in the blood supply of the deep penile artery and normal or reduced serum testosterone levels as indicated by ultrasound testing. (6) Have not received any treatment related to the disease in the past 4 weeks; (7) Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）由药物、手术、外伤、先天或后天阴茎器质性病变导致的ED； （2）合并严重的心脑血管、内分泌、血液及精神疾病等； （3）配偶患有严重器质性病变，不能充分配合； （4）依从性差，疗效判定困难

Exclusion criteria：

(1) ED caused by drugs surgery trauma congenital or acquired penile organic lesions; (2) Combined serious cardiovascular endocrine hematologic and psychiatric diseases; (3) Spouse suffers from serious organic lesions and cannot fully cooperate; (4) Poor compliance and difficulty in determining the efficacy of treatment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用纸质版病例记录表（CRF）采集数据。CRF包含人口学资料、基线评估、治疗记录及国际勃起功能指数（IIEF-5）调查问卷、勃起功能障碍患者生活质量问卷、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表。两组患者数据分由双人独立记录，所有CRF修改需研究者签名并注明原因，两组CRF分开保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In this study data were collected using a paper-based case record form (CRF).The CRF contained demographic information baseline assessment treatment records and the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5) questionnaire the Quality of Life Questionnaire for Patients with Erectile Dysfunction (QoLQPED) the Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale (ASAS) and the Depression Self-Assessment Scale (DSSA). The data of the two groups of patients were recorded by two persons independently and all the modifications of the CRF needed to be signed by the investigator with the reason and the CRFs of the two groups were kept separately.
