研究目的：

应用数字化、穿戴式、远程、多参数集成监测系统，监测肠功能、自主神经应激反应、血糖、睡眠、活动、阴阳昼夜节律等变化；观察胃癌患者应用“术通气方”对促进肠功能康复的疗效，并且尝试阐明术后通气方的作用机制。同时，探索围术期应用多参数生命体征数字化监测集成系统及人工智能肠鸣音监测系统的临床应用价值及意义，开辟数字医疗的新领域。

Objectives of Study：

This study employs a digitalized wearable remote and multi-parameter integrated monitoring system to track changes in intestinal function autonomic nervous stress response blood glucose sleep physical activity and yin-yang circadian rhythms. The research aims to evaluate the efficacy of the "Shu Tongqi Formula" in promoting intestinal function recovery among gastric cancer patients while also attempting to elucidate its underlying mechanisms. Additionally it explores the clinical application value and significance of a perioperative multi-parameter digital vital signs monitoring system and an AI-based bowel sound monitoring system thereby pioneering new frontiers in digital healthcare

纳入标准：

1. 18岁及以上 2. 围手术期患者 3. 身体状况：心肺功能正常，无严重合并症。 4. 知情同意：参与者需自愿签署知情同意书，理解研究的目的、程序、风险和潜在益处。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: 18 years old and above. 2.Patient Population: Patients in the perioperative period. 3.Physical Condition: Normal cardiorespiratory function with no severe comorbidities. 4.Informed Consent: Participants must voluntarily sign an informed consent form understanding the purpose of the study procedures risks and potential benefits.

排除标准：

1.年龄 ≤ 18 岁 2.急诊手术 3.严重认知障碍 4.听力障碍及无法正常沟通者 5. 无法在规定佩戴部分粘贴感应器的手术患者； 6.有严重心肺功能障碍，无法耐受术后通气治疗的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age ≤ 18 years old. 2. Emergency surgery. 3. Severe cognitive impairment. 4. Hearing impairment and inability to communicate normally. 5. Surgical patients who cannot wear the partial adhesive sensors as required. 6. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction who cannot tolerate postoperative ventilation therapy.
