探索蔡氏妇科育肾法对卵巢储备功能减退的疗效

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Therapeutic Efficacy of Cai's Gynecological Kidney-Nourishing Method on Diminished Ovarian Reserve (DOR)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①女性，20岁≤年龄≤45岁； ②符合卵巢储备功能减退诊断标准； ③符合中医肾虚证的诊断标准者； ④理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Female aged 20-45 years 2.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) 3.Clinically diagnosed with kidney deficiency syndrome (KDS) according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) standards 4.Providing written informed consent after fully understanding the study protocol

排除标准：

（1）确诊为糖尿病、高脂血症的患者。 （2）患有甲亢、甲减、高泌乳素血症、垂体性闭经的患者。 （3）有生殖系统的先天性生理缺陷和畸形者。 （4）有严重心、肝、肾、血液系统疾患及其它影响药物评价因素者。 （5）近3个月参加过或正在参加其他临床试验者。 （6）妊娠期妇女

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus or hyperlipidemia. 2.Patients with hyperthyroidism hypothyroidism hyperprolactinemia or pituitary amenorrhea. 3.Individuals with congenital physiological defects or malformations of the reproductive system. 4.Patients with severe cardiac hepatic renal or hematological diseases or other conditions that may affect drug evaluation. 5.Individuals who have participated in or are currently participating in other clinical trials within the past 3 months. 6.Pregnant women.
