研究目的：

1主要目的：探讨中医药干预方法对缓慢性心律失常患者心率的影响；2次要目的：中医药干预方法对缓慢性心律失常患者症状的影响；评价中医药治疗缓慢性心律失常的安全性；分析缓慢性心律失常患者治疗费用数据，进行卫生经济学评估，为后续比较效益研究提供参考。3探索性目的：探索与验证影响缓慢性心律失常预后的影响因素

Objectives of Study：

1.Primary purpose To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine intervention on the heart rate of patients with bradyarrhythmia 2.Secondary purpose Effect of TCM intervention on symptoms in patients with bradyarrhythmia To evaluate the safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bradyarrhythmias The treatment cost data of patients with bradyarrhythmia were analyzed for health economic evaluation which provided a reference for follow-up comparative benefit research 3.Exploratory purpose Explore and validate the influencing factors affecting the prognosis of bradyarrhythmias

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合《指南》中缓慢性心律失常诊断标准，满足下列条件之一 （1）心率≤50次/分； （2）50次/分＜心率＜60次/分，伴心悸、疲劳、乏力等症状； （3）静息心电图诊断为房室传导阻滞、室内传导阻滞者。 2.年龄≥18岁，性别不限； 3.自愿参加，理解并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for bradyarrhythmia in the "Guidelines" and meet one of the following conditions (1) Heart rate≤ 50 beats/min; (2) 50 beats/min< heart rate<60 beats/min accompanied by palpitations fatigue fatigue and other symptoms; (3) Patients diagnosed with atrioventricular block or ventricular block on resting ECG. 2. Age≥ 18 years old gender is not limited; 3. Voluntarily participate understand and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.3个月内曾发生过严重不良心血管事件如急性冠脉综合征、阿斯综合征、心室颤动等的患者； 2.病窦综合征、房室传导阻滞符合永久性起搏治疗Ⅰ类适应证者； 3.因药物治疗等原因所致的继发性缓慢性心律失常； 4.患有精神疾病、认知功能下降等影响交流患者； 5.严重肝肾功能损害者（非心脏原因导致的肝脏转氨酶（ALT或AST）、胆红素超出1.5倍正常值上限，肾小球滤过率小于15ml/min/1.73m2）； 6.过敏体质或多种药物过敏患者； 7.无法获得医疗信息或信息缺失的患者； 发生妊娠（或妊娠试验阳性）的女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have had serious adverse cardiovascular events such as acute coronary syndrome Ass syndrome ventricular fibrillation etc. within 3 months; 2. Patients with sick sinus syndrome and atrioventricular block that meet the indications of permanent pacing therapy class I; 3. Secondary bradyarrhythmia caused by drug treatment and other reasons; 4. Patients with mental illness cognitive decline and other conditions that affect communication; 5. Patients with severe liver and kidney impairment (liver aminotransferase (ALT or AST) and bilirubin caused by non-cardiac reasons exceed 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value and the glomerular filtration rate is less than 15ml/min/1.73m2); 6. Patients with allergies or allergies to multiple drugs; 7. Patients who do not have access to medical information or whose information is missing; Women who are pregnant (or have a positive pregnancy test).
