研究目的：

（1）通过临床随机对照试验，观察易筋经干预膝骨关节炎的临床疗效 （2）探索易筋经干预KOA患者治疗前后的脑功能影像学变化特征。

Objectives of Study：

(1) The clinical efficacy of Yi Jin Jing in the intervention of knee osteoarthritis was observed through clinical randomized controlled trials. (2) To explore the characteristics of brain functional imaging changes in patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) before and after Yi Jin Jing intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合美国风湿病学会制定的KOA诊断标准； ②年龄40-80岁，男女不限，右利手； ③至少一个膝盖轻度至中度胫股或髌股关节炎（单侧或双侧膝关X线Kellgren-Lawrence分级1-3级）； ④WOMAC疼痛相关5个问题中至少有一个评分≥40； ⑤意识清楚，对答切题，能理解各项量表条文并完成评定； ⑥同意参加调查并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Meet the diagnostic criteria for KOA formulated by the American College of Rheumatology ② Age 40-80 years old male or female right-handed; ③ Mild to moderate tibiofemoral or patellofemoral arthritis in at least one knee (unilateral or bilateral knee X-ray Kellgren-Lawrence grade 1-3) ④at least one of the 5 WOMAC pain-related questions was scored ≥ 40; ⑤ Clear awareness accurate answers able to understand the provisions of various scales and complete the assessment; ⑥Agree to participate in the survey and sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

①有膝关节手术史或合并膝关节肿瘤、结核、骨髓炎； ②近 6 个月关节镜检查或近 3 个月关节腔内注射激素或透明质酸； ③由医生评估诊断的身体条件及精神状况无法进行安全锻炼，包括心、肝、 肾、脑血管和造血系统的严重急慢性器质性疾病、近期中风、精神疾病、活动性 癌症； ④近 3 个月每周参加力量训练超过 30 分钟； ⑤在过去 4 周内参加过其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

①Have a history of knee surgery or combined with knee tumor tuberculosis and osteomyelitis; ②Arthroscopy in the past 6 months or intra-articular injection of hormones or hyaluronic acid in the past 3 months; ③ The physical and mental conditions assessed and diagnosed by the doctor are unable to perform safe exercises including the heart liver Severe acute and chronic organic diseases of the renal cerebrovascular and hematopoietic systems recent stroke psychiatric illness active Cancer; ④ Participate in strength training for more than 30 minutes per week in the past 3 months; ⑤ Participation in other clinical trials within the past 4 weeks.

本试验采用区组随机的方法进行分组，由一位独立的统计学专家完成，以1:1 比例将受试对象分为易筋经功法训练组和拉伸训练组。随机化隐藏通过随机信封实现。随机信封一式两份，分别交由研究发起方和研究中心。整个试验期间，保存于研究发起方的随机信封和含有随机种子、区组大小和随机分组信息的随机化盲底不可拆阅。按信封内卡规定的分组将所观察的病例随机分为易筋经训练组和拉伸训练组 。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In this experiment the subjects were divided into groups by a 1:1 ratio by an independent statistician and the subjects were divided into the Yijin Jinggong training group and the stretching training group in a 1:1 ratio. Randomization concealment is achieved through a random envelope. The randomized envelope was given in duplicate to the study sponsor and the research center. Randomization envelopes and randomization blinds containing random seed block size and randomization information kept with the study sponsor were not open throughout the trial. According to the grouping specified in the envelope card the observed cases were randomly divided into the Yijin Jing training group and the stretching training group.
