研究目的：

通过临床试验对比观察“通阳法”艾灸联合推拿与单纯推拿对腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效，并简单探究基于肾脑相关理论治疗腰椎间盘突出症的可能作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

The clinical efficacy of moxibustion combined with acupressure and simple acupressure on patients with lumbar disc herniation was compared with that of the Tongyang method through clinical trials and the possible mechanism of treatment of lumbar disc herniation based on the theory of kidney-brain correlation was briefly investigated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1: 符合胡有谷教授拟定的腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准要求，明确诊断为腰椎间盘突出症病例 2: 年龄在20-65岁之间，并且没有处于急性发作期 3: 近2周内没有予以任何药物治疗（包括口服消炎镇痛药、中成药和外贴膏药，外擦膏剂等）的患者

Inclusion criteria

1: Meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation formulated by Professor Hu Yougu and clearly diagnose the case as lumbar disc herniation. 2: Patients between the ages of 20-65 years old who are not in the acute exacerbation phase. 3: Patients who have not been treated with any medication (including oral anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs proprietary Chinese medicines and external plasters creams etc.) in the last 2 weeks.

排除标准：

1: 实热证、阴虚发热者 2: 既往有各式腰椎开放性手术治疗的病例，包括有经皮穿刺腰椎突出的椎间盘手术切除史、经腹膜外后路或者前路腰椎突出椎间盘手术摘除史、椎弓根钉内固定手术史等 3: 合并有严重的内科疾病的患者，包括严重的心脑血管疾病，严重的肝肾疾病，造血系统疾病，泌尿生殖系统疾病，严重的皮肤病，内分泌系统疾病，急慢性传染病患者以及精神病患者 4: 腰椎骨折、腰椎结核、腰椎三度滑脱、腰椎或者马尾肿瘤的患者 5: 各种外伤引起的腰突症伴有皮肤破损的病例 6: 妊娠或者哺乳期妇女 7: 腰椎间盘巨大突出甚至脱出，压迫马尾神经，导致神经功能严重紊乱，具备手术指征的患者 8: 没有任何临床症状的腰椎间盘突出，非椎间盘突出引起的腰腿疼痛的病人以及无法判断疗效的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1: Solid heat syndrome yin deficiency and fever 2: Previous open surgical treatment of the lumbar spine including percutaneous puncture lumbar spine herniated disc surgery peritoneal posterior or anterior lumbar spine herniated disc surgery to remove the history the history of internal fixation of the lumbar spine etc. 3: Patients with serious medical diseases including serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases serious liver and kidney diseases hematopoietic system diseases genitourinary system diseases serious skin diseases endocrine system diseases acute and chronic infectious diseases and psychiatric patients. 4: Patients with lumbar spine fracture lumbar spine tuberculosis lumbar spine third-degree slippage lumbar spine or cauda equina tumor. 5: Lumbar spondylolisthesis caused by various kinds of traumas with skin breakage. 6: Pregnant or lactating women 7: Patients with huge lumbar disc herniation or even prolapse which compresses the cauda equina nerve and leads to serious neurological disorders and have surgical indications. 8: Patients with lumbar disc herniation without any clinical symptoms patients with lumbar and leg pain not caused by disc herniation and patients who are unable to judge the efficacy of the treatment.
