研究目的：

本研究通过探索督灸能否通过提高心肺耐力（CRF）水平，从而减轻慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者临床症状、提高生活质量。

Objectives of Study：

This study explored whether Du-moxibustion can reduce clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by improving cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) levels.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1: 符合《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南》（2021 年修订版）中相关疾病诊断标准 2: 符合《慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医诊疗指南（2011 版）》中肺肾气虚型辨证标准 3: 符合《国际中医临床实践指南慢性阻塞性肺疾病》中稳定期临床表现 4: 肺功能分级为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级 5: 年龄 40-74 岁 6: 家属及患者对本次试验知晓，并签署知情同意书 7: 近期未参与其他干预试验

Inclusion criteria

1: Meet the relevant disease diagnostic criteria in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2021 Revised Edition). 2: Meet the syndrome differentiation criteria for lung and kidney qi deficiency in the Guidelines for Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2011 Edition). 3: Consistent with the stable clinical manifestations of the International Clinical Practice Guidelines for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease of Traditional Chinese Medicine 4: Lung function is graded as I. II. III 5: Age 40-74 years 6: Family members and patients were aware of this trial and signed the informed consent form 7: No recent participation in other interventional trials

排除标准：

1: 有精神异常、意识障碍等不能配合者 2: 合并严重的心肝肾功能疾病、恶性肿瘤、活动性肺结核等无法配合者 3: 合并神经肌肉疾病、下肢关节疾病等影响运动者 4: 对本研究所使用的药物过敏者或合并皮肤病者 5: 妊娠、哺乳期妇女

Exclusion criteria：

1: Those who have mental abnormalities consciousness disorders etc. and are unable to cooperate 2: Those who are unable to cooperate with severe heart liver and kidney diseases malignant tumors active tuberculosis etc 3: Those with neuromuscular diseases lower limb joint diseases etc. which affect sports 4: Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study or have skin diseases 5: Pregnant and lactating women
