研究目的：

本研究依托省级公立医院优质医疗资源，将中医药创新传承，并应用于临床慢性病治疗。本研究以良性甲状腺结节人群为研究群体，通过创新研制不同中医治疗方案，开展随机对照试验，并定期对实施效果的客观指标作分析评价，探讨良性甲状腺结节中医治疗的起效时间及最优中医治疗方案，形成具有推广与应用价值的中医治疗路径，防止良性甲状腺结节发生不良结局，充分发挥中医药在慢病临床治疗中发挥的积极作用，保障人群健康与生存质量。

Objectives of Study：

This research relies on the high-quality medical resources of provincial-level public hospitals innovatively inherits traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and applies it to the clinical treatment of chronic diseases. This study focuses on the population with benign thyroid nodules. By innovatively developing different TCM treatment plans conducting randomized controlled trials and regularly analyzing and evaluating the objective indicators of the implementation effects it explores the onset time of TCM treatment for benign thyroid nodules and the optimal TCM treatment plan. It aims to form a TCM treatment pathway with the value of promotion and application prevent the occurrence of adverse outcomes in patients with benign thyroid nodules give full play to the positive role of TCM in the clinical treatment of chronic diseases and ensure the health and quality of life of the population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）参考《甲状腺结节超声诊断规范》，彩超科检查确诊 为良性甲状腺结节。 （2）符合瘿病诊断标准 参考《中医内科学》（新世纪第四版）良性甲状腺结节应 归属于“瘿病 ”范畴，诊断要点如下：①早期多无明显伴随 症状，发生病机转变时可见不同临床表现。②以颈部局部症 状为主要表现，可见颈前结块肿大，颈部有闷胀感或疼痛感， 咽中有阻塞感；结块初如樱桃或指头大小，一般生长缓慢， 大小不一，大者可如囊如袋，触之多柔软、光滑，结块日久 则质地较硬，固定不移，可扪及结节。 （3）符合气郁痰阻证候诊断标准 主症：颈部或触及结节，质地柔软，时有喉间梗阻感， 情绪急躁或抑郁，善太息； 次症：常伴有颌下淋巴结肿大，胁肋疼痛时作，头晕目 眩，女性乳房胀痛； 舌脉：舌质暗红，苔黄腻，脉弦或滑。 （4）通过对患者临床试验的调查评估，愿意接受中西医联 合治疗（包括针刺治疗）的患者,同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) According to the "Ultrasound Diagnosis Specification for Thyroid Nodules" the ultrasound examination confirmed the diagnosis of benign thyroid nodules. (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for gallbladder disease According to the fourth edition of Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine benign thyroid nodules should be classified as "gallbladder disease". The diagnostic points are as follows: ① In the early stage there are often no obvious accompanying symptoms and different clinical manifestations can be seen when the pathogenesis changes. ② The main manifestation is local symptoms in the neck including lumps and swelling in the front of the neck a feeling of tightness or pain in the neck and a feeling of obstruction in the throat; At the beginning of the clumping it is the size of a cherry or a finger and generally grows slowly with varying sizes. The larger one can be like a bag or pouch soft and smooth to the touch. Over time the clumping becomes harder and fixed and nodules can be felt. (3) Meets the diagnostic criteria for Qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction syndrome Main symptoms: Neck or palpable nodules soft texture occasional feeling of obstruction in the throat irritable or depressed mood good at calming down; Secondary symptoms: often accompanied by swelling of submandibular lymph nodes pain in the ribs dizziness and vertigo and breast swelling and pain in women; Tongue veins: The tongue is dark red in texture covered with yellow and greasy fur and the veins are stringy or smooth. (4) Through the investigation and evaluation of clinical trials patients who are willing to receive combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment (including acupuncture treatment) agree and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）甲状腺彩超提示有癌性倾向特异性较高的描述如微钙化、边缘不规则、纵横比大于1或分级水平大于3级；临床查体、实验室检验、细针穿刺细胞学等检查提示甲状腺结节有恶变可能者; （2）临床查体、实验室检验、细针穿刺细胞学等检查提示 甲状腺结节有恶变可能者; （3）合并其他甲状腺疾病治疗史、在治疗过程中服用过甲 状腺激素者; （4）合并造血系统疾病、 自身免疫疾病； （5）有严重心、肝、肾等并发症者; （6）妊娠或哺乳期女性； （7）精神病患者; （8）在针刺过程中途产生恐惧自愿退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Thyroid ultrasound suggests a malignant tendency with high specificity such as microcalcification irregular edges a longitudinal-totransverse ratio greater than 1 or a grading level greater than 3; clinical examination laboratory tests and fine-needle aspiration cytology suggest that thyroidules may undergo malignant transformation; (2) Clinical examination laboratory testing fine needle aspiration cytology and other examinations suggest the possibility of malignant transformation in thyroid nodules; (3) Those who have a history of treating other thyroid diseases and have taken thyroid hormones during the treatment process; (4) Combining hematopoietic system diseases and autoimmune diseases; (5) Patients with severe complications such as heart liver and kidney; (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) Psychiatric patients; (8) Those who experience fear and voluntarily withdraw during the acupuncture process.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

试验严格按照随机化设计序列纳入患者。由不参与临床试验的研究协调人员采用 SPSS25.0软件生成随机分组方案，并制作随机分配表密封保存。从随机数字表的第一个数字开始逐个将随机数字和分组信息密封于不透光的信封中，根据患者就诊的先后顺序向研究协调员获取相应的随机数字和分组信息来纳入受试者。

The experiment strictly included patients according to the randomized design sequence. The study coordinators who did not participate in the clinical trial used SPSS 25.0 software to generate a random grouping scheme and created a sealed allocation table for storage. Starting from the first digit in the random number table seal the random numbers and grouping information in opaque envelopes one by one and obtain the corresponding random numbers and grouping information from the study coordinator according to the order of patient visits to include the subjects.
