研究目的：

观察岐黄针疗法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖的临床效果，探讨岐黄针疗法治疗单纯性肥胖的作用及机理，为单纯性肥胖患者的中医外治法提供新的临床思路。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Qihuang needle therapy in treating simple obesity due to spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction explore the effects and mechanisms of Qihuang needle therapy on simple obesity and provide new clinical approaches for the external treatment of simple obesity with traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合BMI≥28.0kg/m ²；并伴有疲乏无力、肢体困重、浮肿、纳差、大便溏泄等症状； （2）近 3 个月未采用其他减肥疗法或者口服减肥药物医治； （3）年龄在 18—55 岁之间，性别不限； （4） 自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the criteria of BMI ≥ 28.0 kg/m²; accompanied by symptoms such as fatigue, heavy limbs, edema, poor appetite, and loose stools; (2) Have not used other weight loss therapies or oral weight loss medications in the past three months; (3) Age between 18 and 55 years old, with no gender restrictions; (4) Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）不符合单纯性肥胖诊断标准的患者； （2）由下丘脑、垂体病变、甲低等其他疾病或药物性原因引起的肥胖； （3）对本课题所使用的治疗器械及材料过敏者，感染患者，易合并出血患者， 癒痕、过敏体质患者； （4）患有严重心、脑、肾等器质性疾病、造血系统疾患以及严重精神性疾病的患者； （5）处于备孕期、妊娠期及哺乳期的女性； （6）需要选择的穴位局部有皮炎损害或有严重皮肤病患者； （7） 近3个月内服用减肥相关药物或正在实施减肥患者。 （8）根据研究者判断，还有其他原因并不适合参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who: (1) do not meet the criteria for simple obesity; (2) have obesity caused by hypothalamic, pituitary disorders, hypothyroidism, or other diseases or drug-related reasons; (3) are allergic to the treatment devices and materials used in this study, infected patients, those prone to bleeding, patients with scars, or allergic constitutions; (4) suffer from severe organic diseases of the heart, brain, kidneys, hematological disorders, or severe psychiatric diseases; (5) are in the pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, or lactation period; (6) have dermatitis or serious skin conditions at the selected acupuncture points; (7) have taken weight-loss related medications or are currently undergoing weight loss within the last three months; (8) according to the researcher's judgment, have other reasons that make them unsuitable for participating in this study.

数据分析人员利用 SPSS23.0 软件以种子数生成 50个随机数字，将生成的随机数字按1：1分为两组，逐个登记随机数字、分组情况后装入信封内密封，信封表面依次写好1-50后交给医师。患者入组后，医师按其入组顺序，拆开信封，按信封内登记的分组情况将患者分为岐黄针疗法组、假针刺组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Data analysts used SPSS23.0 software to generate 50 random numbers based on seed count. These random numbers were then divided into two groups at a ratio of 1:1. Each number and its group assignment were recorded individually and placed into sealed envelopes labeled 1-50 which were handed over to the doctors. After patient enrollment doctors following the order of enrollment opened the envelopes and assigned patients to either the Qihuang Acupuncture Therapy group or the Sham Acupuncture group according to the group assignments inside the envelopes.
