研究目的：

评价揿针疗法对老年髋部骨折气虚型便秘的干预效果，为治疗老年髋部骨折气虚型便秘患者提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the intervention effect of pricking-needle therapy on constipation of qi-deficiency type in elderly patients with hip fracture, and to provide references for the treatment of elderly patients with hip fracture and qi-deficiency constipation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合髋部骨折与气虚型便秘的中西医诊断标准者； （2）年龄在≥65岁且具备正常沟通能力的患者； （3）干预前一周未接受其他促进排便的治疗； （4）未参加其他影响本研究的临床试验者； （5）患者知情本研究内容，愿意配合并签署同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for hip fracture and qi-deficiency constipation in both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine; (2) Patients aged ≥65 years with normal communication abilities; (3) Patients who have not received any other treatments to promote bowel movements in the week prior to the intervention; (4) Patients who have not participated in other clinical trials that may affect this study; (5) Patients who are fully informed of the content of this study, willing to cooperate, and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）多发骨折； （2）病情危重； （3）严重的心、肝、肾功能不全以及各种出血性疾病； （4）合并胃肠道器质性或功能性病变，或其他影响胃肠道功能的疾病； （5）精神病患者及严重的认知功能障碍； （6）针刺禁忌者，如晕针、对胶布、针体过敏者等； （7）揿针部位皮肤破溃、感染等不宜针刺者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Multiple fractures; (2) Critical illness; (3) Severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, or kidneys, and various hemorrhagic diseases; (4) Presence of organic or functional gastrointestinal diseases, or other conditions that affect gastrointestinal function; (5) Patients with psychiatric disorders or severe cognitive impairments; (6) Patients with contraindications to acupuncture, such as those who experience needle fainting, or are allergic to adhesive tape or needles; (7) Patients with skin ulcers, infections, or other conditions at the pricking-needle site that make acupuncture inadvisable.

随机化和患者入组由第三方研究人员完成。在确定患者符合入组条件后，研究人员使用电脑自动生成随机数字编号，将编号放入不透光的密封信封中，随机信封由第三方质控人员负责保管，实施干预时由该质控人员告知治疗人员患者分组。

A third-party researcher carry the randomization and patients enrollment. The third-party researcher use a computer to automatically generate a random number and put the number into an opaque sealed envelope which will be kept by a third-party quality controller. The group will be informed to the treatment staff at the time of the intervention.
