研究目的：

（1）观察真实世界中“益气活血”中药复方“四根降脂汤”改善乳腺癌血脂异常的疗效与影响； （2）评估临床实际诊疗中“四根降脂汤”应用的安全性与耐受性。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To observe the curative effect and influence of "Si Gen Jiang Zhi Decoction" a traditional Chinese medicine compound of "supplementing qi and activating blood circulation" in the real world on the improvement of dyslipidemia in breast cancer; (2) Evaluate the safety and tolerability of the application of "Si Gen Jiang Zhi Decoction" in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

暴露组： ①女性，年龄≥18岁且≤80岁； ②完成标准恶性肿瘤治疗的早期乳腺癌患者； ③已于我院乳腺科门诊就诊开具1个疗程（即3个月）的“四根降脂汤”或跟医生沟通后计划服用1疗程“四根降脂汤”者； ④理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。 对照组： ①女性，年龄≥18岁且≤80岁； ②完成标准恶性肿瘤治疗的早期乳腺癌患者； ③3个月内未服用“四根降脂汤”或其他中药、中成药者； ④理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

Exposure group: ① Female aged ≥ 18 and ≤ 80 years; ② Early breast cancer patients who completed standard malignant tumor treatment; ③ Those who have been prescribed a course of "Si Gen Jiang Zhi Decoction" in the breast clinic of our hospital (i.e. 3 months) or plan to take a course of "Si Gen Jiang Zhi Decoction" after communicating with the doctor; ④ Those who understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent. Control group: ① Female aged ≥ 18 and ≤ 80 years; ② Early breast cancer patients who completed standard malignant tumor treatment; ③ Those who have not taken "Si Gen Jiang Zhi Decoction" or other traditional Chinese medicine or Chinese patent medicine within 3 months; ④ Those who understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①合并肝、肾、血液系统等严重原发性疾病或其他严重传染病者，研究者认为患有其他系统的严重疾病将影响本研究结果判断者； ②合并任意其他恶性肿瘤者； ③妊娠期或哺乳期者妇女； ④患有精神疾病、语言障碍或因其他原因无法配合数据收集者； ⑤参加本研究前1个月内参加过或者正在参加其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those who have serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney, blood system or other serious infectious diseases, and the investigator believes that having serious diseases of other systems will affect the judgment of the results of this study; ② Patients with any other malignant tumor; ③ Pregnant or lactating women; ④ Those who suffer from mental illness, language disorder or are unable to cooperate with the data collector for other reasons; ⑤ Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 1 month before participating in this study.
