探讨电针调节迷走神经对 功能性便秘 伴抑郁患者的临床疗效：采用随机对照试验，通过电针治增强迷走神经活性改善 FC 患者的肠道功能及其抑郁症状。揭示针刺通过脑肠轴调节自主神经系统的作用机制：重点研究针刺对迷走神经的调节作用，探索针刺如何通过自主神经、HPA 轴调节脑肠交互机制，调控肠道功能与情绪

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Clinical Efficacy of Electroacupuncture in Modulating the Vagus Nerve in Patients with Functional Constipation and Depression: A Randomized Controlled Trial to Enhance Vagus Nerve Activity through Electroacupuncture Improving Gut Function and Depressive Symptoms in FC Patients. Revealing the Mechanism of Acupuncture in Modulating the Autonomic Nervous System via the Brain-Gut Axis: Focused on Investigating the Effects of Acupuncture on the Vagus Nerve and Exploring How Acupuncture Regulates the Brain-Gut Interaction Mechanism via the Autonomic Nervous System and HPA Axis to Modulate Gut Function

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合功能性便秘伴抑郁的诊断标准。 （2）发病年龄在 20～60 岁之间的患者。（3）个人同意接受并坚持完成治疗，配合此次研究，接受电话、门诊随访过程，并签署知情同意书。 （4）目前无使用药物治疗与本研究相关的疾病，或末次治疗便秘或抑郁的时间与此次研究治疗间隔时间超过 1 个月。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for functional constipation with depression. (2) Patients aged between 20 and 60 years. (3) Individuals who agree to undergo and complete the treatment cooperate with this study accept telephone or outpatient follow-up and sign the informed consent form. (4) Currently not using medications for diseases related to this study or the time since the last treatment for constipation or depression is more than 1 month prior to the treatment in this study.

排除标准：

（1）有腹部或直肠肛门手术史者。 （2）肠易激综合征及器质性或药物引起的便秘；继发于内分泌、代谢性或神经性便秘。 （3）合并有心、肝、肾损害或认知功能障碍、失语，或无法配合样本采集及治疗者。 （4）孕期、哺乳期及近三个月有妊娠计划者。 （5）凝血功能障碍者或一直使用抗凝药如法华林、肝素之类药者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with a history of abdominal or rectal-anal surgery. (2) Irritable bowel syndrome and constipation caused by organic or pharmacological factors; constipation secondary to endocrine metabolic or neurological disorders. (3) Those with concomitant heart liver or kidney damage cognitive dysfunction aphasia or those unable to cooperate with sample collection and treatment. (4) Pregnant or breastfeeding women or those with pregnancy plans within the past three months. (5) Those with coagulation disorders or those who have been using anticoagulants such as warfarin or heparin.
