研究目的：

主要目的：基于EEG和fMRI探究按揉风池穴对大脑“愉悦”环路的影响。 次要目的：1、评估研究对象手法与情绪状态关联性；2、验证揉风池穴即时效果；3、建立健康受试者静息态脑电和脑功能特征数据库。

Objectives of Study：

Objective: To investigate the effect of Fengchi point on brain pleasure circuit based on EEG and fMRI. Secondary objectives: 1. To evaluate the correlation between technique and emotional state; 2. Verify the immediate effect of rubbing Fengchi point; 3. Establish a database of resting EEG and brain function characteristics of healthy subjects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18~30岁，性别不限；（2）既往健康，近6个月内身体没有因疾病或损伤导致的疼痛；（3）体重指数BMI正常；（4）右利手；（5）理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-30 years old gender is not limited; (2) In good health in the past six months no pain caused by disease or injury; (3) Normal body mass index BMI; (4) Right-handed; (5) Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）头枕部有皮肤病、创伤等不适合手法干预者；（2）在近1个月内接受止痛药、针灸、推拿、理疗等治疗者；（3）女性月经期，妊娠或哺乳期妇女；（4）患有精神疾病、神经疾病、传染性疾病、胃肠道疾病、心脑血管疾病、免疫学疾病、呼吸道疾病或肾脏疾病；（5）有闭锁恐惧症、心脏起搏器、除颤器、心脏支架、宫内节育器等MRI禁忌症者；（6）听力、视力残疾以及评估不能完成者；（7）经研究者判断认为不适合参与本试验的其他受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Skin diseases trauma and other inappropriate manual intervention in the head pillow; (2) Those who have received pain medication acupuncture massage physiotherapy and other treatments within the past 1 month; (3) female menstrual period pregnant or breastfeeding women; (4) suffering from mental neurological infectious gastrointestinal cardiovascular immunological respiratory or kidney diseases; (5) Patients with MRI contraindications such as atreophobia cardiac pacemaker defibrillator heart stent and intrauterine device; (6) Hearing and vision disabilities and incomplete assessment; (7) Other subjects deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator.
