探讨与假针相比，针刺治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis compared to sham acupuncture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄在18-70岁之间，性别不限；②经胃镜和病理检查结果符合CAG诊断；③经辨证论治符合中医证候（肝胃气滞、脾胃湿热和胃阴不足）诊断标准；④至少有一种症状，包括上腹痛、腹胀、餐后饱胀、早饱、反酸和打嗝；⑤近3个月内未接受过针刺治疗；⑥自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male or female patients aged 18 to 70 years; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for CAG based on gastroscopy and pathology results; 3. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for syndromes including liver-stomach qi stagnation syndrome damp-heat in the spleen and stomach syndrome and yin deficiency of stomach syndrome; 4. Patients with at least one of the symptoms including epigastric pain abdominal distension postprandial fullness early satiety acid regurgitation and belching; 5. Patients without acupuncture treatment in the past 3 months; 6. Patients who are able and willing to provide informed consent and to attend treatment.

排除标准：

①伴有胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、特殊类型胃炎（例如自身免疫性胃炎）或消化道出血；②入组时C-13尿素呼气试验阳性（Hp感染者）；③近半年内曾接受过腹部或胃肠道手术的患者；④患有严重心脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统疾病、恶性肿瘤等严重危及生命的疾病；⑤近2周使用其它促胃动力药、黏膜保护剂或抑酸药者；⑥针刺穴位局部有瘢痕或损伤，皮肤病、传染性疾病及周围神经系统疾病者；⑦意识不清、不能表达主观不适症状及精神病患者；⑧妊娠或准备妊娠的妇女，哺乳期妇女；⑨有酗酒、吸毒或违禁药物使用史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with peptic ulcers specific types of gastritis (such as autoimmune gastritis) or gastrointestinal bleeding; 2. Patients who tested positive for C-13 urea breath test at the time of enrollment (Hp infected patients); 3. Patients who have undergone abdominal or gastrointestinal surgery in the past six months; 4. Patients with severe cardio-cerebrovascular liver kidney hematological diseases malignant tumors or other life-threatening diseases; 5. Patients who have used any medications that may affect the function of the digestive tract including prokinetic agents mucosal protectants and antacids in the past 2 weeks; 6. Patients with scars or injuries at the acupoints skin diseases infectious diseases or peripheral neuropathy; 7. Patients with impaired consciousness difficulty participating in the trial or mental illness; 8. Pregnant or planning to be pregnant women and breastfeeding women; 9. Patients with a history of alcohol drinking or drug abuse.
