研究目的：

探寻五运六气理论指导下揿针+磁珠疗法在创伤骨折患者术后疼痛中的应用疗效，为临床疼痛管理提供新的方法和理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the therapeutic efficacy of acupressure and magnetic bead therapy guided by the Five Elements and Six Qi theory in managing postoperative pain in patients with traumatic fractures aiming to provide new methods and theoretical evidence for clinical pain management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

（1）用具选择：0.20mm*1.3mm揿针、磁珠穴位贴、75%酒精、棉签、无菌止血钳。 （2）操作: 患者取仰卧位，常规消毒皮肤后，由一位经验丰富的中医专科护士持探棒寻找穴位阳性点，分别取涌泉（井穴）、复溜（经穴）；足厥阴肝经取穴大墩（井穴）、中封（经穴），共取以上4个穴位，无菌止血钳取0.20mm*1.5mm揿针（佳健医疗 苏械注准20152200876）垂直埋针于上述穴位并贴牢，接着仍然由同一位经验丰富的中医专科护士将磁疗贴（华佗牌hwato 苏械注准20162201231）贴敷于上述穴位，每3-4天更换一次，揿针或磁珠随时脱落随时更换。 （3）治疗频次：由经过专项培训的具有中医护理资质的护理人员每天对患者相应穴位进行按压，每天3次，时间分别为17:00、18:00、19:00，每次每穴按压1-2分钟，连续3d，以出现酸、胀、痛为宜。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

(1) Tool selection: 0.20mm * 1.5mm thumbtack needle magnetic bead acupoint patch 75% alcohol cotton swab sterile hemostatic forceps. (2) Operation: The patient is placed in a supine position and after routine skin disinfection an experienced traditional Chinese medicine specialist nurse holds a probe to search for positive points at acupoints taking Yongquan (well point) and Fuliu (meridian point) respectively; Dadun (Jing) and Zhongfeng (Jing) were selected from the Foot Jue Yin Liver Meridian. A sterile hemostatic forceps were used to vertically embed 0.20mm * 1.5mm pressure needles (Jiajian Medical Su Xie Zhu Zhuzhun 20152200876) at the above acupoints and firmly adhere them. Then the same experienced traditional Chinese medicine specialist nurse applied magnetic therapy patches (Huatuo brand HWATO Su Xie Zhuzhun 20162201231) to the above acupoints replacing them every 3-4 days. The thumbstack needles or magnetic beads should be replaced at any time if they fall off. (3) Treatment frequency: Nursing staff with specialized training in traditional Chinese medicine nursing qualifications will press the corresponding acupoints of patients three times a day at 17:00 18:00 and 19:00 respectively. Each acupoint will be pressed for 1-2 minutes each time for 3 consecutive days preferably with acid swelling and pain.

纳入标准：

①所有患者均符合《中医骨伤科常见病诊疗指南》中的相关诊断标准；②X线及CT等辅助检查明确诊断；③年龄≥18；④无阿片类药物成瘾史或酗酒史，签署知情同意书，自愿参与本次研究；⑤单一四肢骨折；⑥手术方式为切开复位内固定术。

Inclusion criteria

① All patients meet the relevant diagnostic criteria outlined in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics"; ② X-rays CT scans and other auxiliary examinations have confirmed the diagnosis; ③ Age ≥ 18; ④ No history of opioid addiction or alcohol abuse having signed an informed consent form and voluntarily participated in this study; ⑤ Single limb fracture; ⑥ The surgical method employed is open reduction and internal fixation.

排除标准：

①伴有严重心血管系统疾病、凝血功能异常或肝肾功能不全者；②晕针的患者；③患有心理、精神疾病或认知功能障碍者，或不能按照要求完成治疗的患者；④取穴部位皮肤破损；⑤处于妊娠期的妇女；⑥取穴部位覆盖。

Exclusion criteria：

① Individuals with severe cardiovascular disease coagulation dysfunction or liver and kidney dysfunction; ② Patients who experience acupuncture-related dizziness; ③ Patients with psychological psychiatric or cognitive impairments or those who are unable to complete treatment as required; ④ Skin damage at the acupoint location; ⑤ Pregnant women; ⑥ Covered acupoint area.
