研究目的：

1.以子午流注理论为依据，构建适用于卒中后便秘患者的子午流注择时蜜煎导法干预方案，并论证该干预方案的科学性和可行性。 2.观察并探究子午流注择时蜜煎导法干预方案对卒中后便秘患者的临床应用效果。

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on the theory of midnight-noon and ebb-flow doctrine construct an intervention plan using the timed honey suppository method for post-stroke constipation patients and demonstrate the scientific validity and feasibility of this intervention plan. 2. Observe and explore the clinical application effects of the timed honey suppository method intervention on post-stroke constipation patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合脑卒中中西医诊断标准；②符合便秘的中西医诊断标准，且便秘出现在中风之后；③年龄在40-80周岁之间，能配合治疗者；④近一周未服用可能影响胃肠道动力的药物；⑤意识清晰，生命体征稳定，可配合完成量表评定；⑥患者及其家属自愿接受本次临床试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine for stroke; ② It meets the diagnostic criteria of TCM and western medicine for constipation and constipation occurs after stroke; ③ patients aged between 40 and 80 years old who can cooperate with the treatment; ④ not taking drugs that may affect gastrointestinal motility in the past week; ⑤ clear consciousness stable vital signs can cooperate to complete the scale evaluation; ⑥ Patients and their families voluntarily accepted the clinical trial and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

①确诊肠道器质性病变者，如溃疡性结肠炎、肠道结核、肠道肿瘤史等；②合并严重肝、心、肺、肾等重要脏器疾患或脑部肿瘤者；③体质极度虚弱，孕妇或哺乳期妇女；④有蜂蜜过敏史的患者；⑤不能配合治疗及研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Diagnosed with intestinal organic lesions such as ulcerative colitis intestinal tuberculosis intestinal tumor history; (2) complicated with serious liver heart lung kidney and other important organ diseases or brain tumors; ③ extremely weak pregnant or lactating women; ④ patients with a history of honey allergy; ⑤ Inability to cooperate with treatment and investigators.

试验组2 给予蜜煎导法，于卯时以外的任意时间，给予蜜煎导剂1枚肛塞，每日1次，治疗1周。

照组给予开塞露20ml/支肛塞，患者取左侧卧位，双膝弯曲，暴露肛门，取下开塞露瓶盖，挤少量药液润滑瓶口，缓慢插入肛门，挤压瓶身，将药液全部挤入直肠，每日1次，治疗1周。

The patients in the control group were given 20ml/ plug of enema and the patients were placed in the left lateral position with both knees bent to expose the anus. The cap of enema was removed a small amount of liquid was squeezed to lubrinate the mouth of the bottle slowly inserted into the anus squeeze the bottle body and squeeze all the liquid into the rectum once a day for 1 week.

试验组1 给予子午流注择时蜜煎导法。于卯时即晨5-7时，患者取左侧卧位，双膝弯曲，暴露肛门，蜜煎导剂尖端醮温水软化表面以增加润滑性，予1枚放入直肠末端，每日1次，治疗1周。

Intervention：

The experimental group 1 was given the method of nectar decoction at the right time of noon. At 5 to 7 am the patient was placed in the left lateral position with both knees bent and the anus exposed. The tip of the guide was decocted with honey and dipped in warm water to soften the surface to increase lubricability and one piece was placed in the end of the rectum once a day for 1 week.

按照入院顺序编号，使用计算机产生随机数字，将随机数字由小到大排列，前66个数字对应的编号为试验组1，其后66个数字对应的编号为试验组2，后66个数字对应的编号为对照组。随机数字和组别保留在不透明的信封里，在信封外标记编号，由患者签署知情同意书后，研究者打开信封确定分组。

According to the order of admission the computer was used to generate random numbers and the random numbers were arranged from small to large. The first 66 numbers corresponding to the number of experimental group 1 the next 66 numbers corresponding to the number of experimental group 2 and the last 66 numbers corresponding to the number of control group. Random numbers and group assignments were kept in opaque envelopes with numbers marked outside the envelopes which were opened by investigators after patients signed informed consent.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

统一培训收集资料人员，采用统一指导语进行资料收集。收集问卷时，选择安静且不受打扰的环境，等患者填写问卷完成后，研究者检查是否存在错填与漏填，如有则及时补充完善，确保问卷的有效性。研究中收集的数据采用双人核对录入，数据录入完成后，由研究团队第三个人随机抽取20份与录入数据进行比对，以确保数据录入无误。其后，进行计算机逻辑检查，对有明显逻辑错误的数据加以核对和修正。最后，统计学方法咨询相关统计学专家，避免数据分析错误。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection personnel were uniformly trained and data collection was carried out with uniform instructions. When collecting the questionnaire a quiet and undisturbed environment was selected. After the patients completed the questionnaire the researchers checked whether there were any wrong filling or missing filling and if there were any they would timely supplement and improve the questionnaire to ensure the validity of the questionnaire. The data collected in the study were entered by double check and after the data entry was completed 20 copies were randomly selected by the third person of the research team to compare with the entered data to ensure that the data entry was correct. Thereafter a computer logic check was performed to check and correct the data with obvious logic errors. Finally statistical methods consulted relevant statistical experts to avoid errors in data analysis.
