研究目的：

本研究借助已搭建的冠心病心绞痛数字化平台，补充完善登记研究子系统，进行前瞻性院前登记研究，收集院前胸痛患者的中医四诊信息，将患者的发病情况、生命体征、中医信息、理化检查、入院诊断等数据传回平台并分析数据，覆盖冠心病胸痛院前中医证候学研究盲区，分析胸痛院前中医证候学特征对预后的影响，探索院前中医药介入的可能性。

Objectives of Study：

With the help of the established digital platform for coronary heart disease and angina pectoris this study supplemented and improved the registration research subsystem to conduct a prospective pre-hospital registration study. The information of the four diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in pre-hospital chest pain patients was collected and the data of the patients' onset vital signs TCM information physical and chemical examination admission diagnosis and other data were sent back to the platform and analyzed. To cover the blind area of pre-hospital TCM syndrome research on chest pain of coronary heart disease analyze the influence of pre-hospital TCM syndrome characteristics on prognosis and explore the possibility of pre-hospital TCM intervention.

纳入标准：

病例纳入标准必须具备以下条件：①院前出警具有胸闷、胸痛主诉的患者；②患者经该院院前急救人员现场处置后送至医院急诊进行处理；③入院诊断为冠心病；④签署《知情同意书》，自愿参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria must meet the following conditions: ① patients with chest tightness and chest pain who went to the police before hospital; ② The patients were treated by the pre-hospital emergency personnel of the hospital and sent to the emergency department of the hospital for treatment; ③ Coronary heart disease at admission; ④ signed the informed consent form and volunteered to participate in the study.

排除标准：

病例排除标准为有以下情况之一者：①患者在外院进行诊疗后转入该院的患者；②救护车现场处置后未送至医院急诊；③外伤所致胸痛患者；④不符合纳入标准者；⑤院前死亡的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria were one of the following: ① patients transferred to the hospital after receiving treatment in another hospital; ② not sent to the hospital emergency department after ambulance treatment; ③ patients with chest pain caused by trauma; ④ those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; ⑤ cases of pre-hospital death.

（1）中医四诊信息：统一照明条件，使用同一数码相机获取舌、面象数据，并利用舌诊比色板或色卡对患者进行舌象的观察和分析；通过车载录音及录像设备，由救护车医生参考量表问诊，快速收集四诊信息； （2）中医证素信息：填写中医证素量表。
