研究目的：

通过开展基于临床随机对照试验，探讨辨筋推拿对LDH 关键临床指标的改善规律；为“辨筋推拿”降低LDH症状复发提供临床数据支持。

Objectives of Study：

Through the clinical randomized controlled trial, the improvement of key clinical indicators of LDH was explored. Learn the complete process of randomized controlled trials through the design and implementation of this project; Improve the ability of "discerning tendon massage" through the implementation of research projects; To provide clinical data support for "tendon discernment massage" to reduce the recurrence of LDH symptoms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

符合LDH西医诊断标准;男女不限，年龄18～60岁；患者需仔细阅读并且自愿参加并签署《知情同意书》；近2周内未进行腰部侵袭性检查，无腰椎手术史。

Inclusion criteria

Meet the diagnostic criteria of LDH Western medicine; Male or female, age 18~60 years old; Patients need to read carefully and voluntarily participate in and sign the "Informed Consent Form"; No invasive examination of the lumbar region in the past 2 weeks, no history of lumbar spine surgery.

排除标准：

患有马尾神经症状患者;合并心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病患者；疑有或已确诊的腰椎关节、软组织及椎管内肿瘤者；腰椎骨折、感染以及诊断不明确的脊柱损伤伴脊髓损伤症状者；

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with cauda equina nerve symptoms; Patients with severe primary diseases and mental illness such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; Patients with suspected or confirmed lumbar joint, soft tissue and neuraxial tumors; Lumbar vertebra fractures, infections, and undiagnosed spinal injuries with symptoms of spinal cord injury;

由数据管理成员使用SAS9.4根据计算的样本量产生1:1随机数字表及分组信息。产生随机数字及分组信息后，使用不透光的信封，将印有“辨筋推拿”或“传统推拿”小条根据随机序列分组装入随机信封，随机信封的封面文字内容包含试验名称、试验者序列号、研究者姓名及电话、信封及产生序列的单位名称。所有受试者经过纳入标准及排除标准筛选后产生，均自愿参与，随机工作由负责招聘的工作人员承担，受试者按照招募顺序依次打开信封，按照信封内内容确定分组方案。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The data management member used SAS9.4 to generate 1:1 random number tables and group assignments based on the calculated sample size. After the random number and grouping information were generated the strips printed with "identification-tendon Tuina" or "traditional Tuina" were put into the random envelope according to the random sequence. The text on the cover of the random envelope contained the name of the trial the serial number of the experimenter the name and telephone number of the investigator the envelope and the name of the unit that generated the sequence. All subjects were screened by the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria and participated voluntarily. The random work was undertaken by the staff in charge of recruitment. The subjects opened the envelope in turn according to the recruitment order and the grouping scheme was determined according to the contents of the envelope.
