研究目的：

针刺治疗烟草依赖的累积效应尚不明确，探究其神经生物学机制能有效帮助烟草依赖者远离吸烟成瘾，在后续治疗与戒断中发挥重要作用。本研究通过针刺列缺透刺甜美穴，利用功能性磁共振成像技术，进一步系统探究针灸治疗烟草依赖的中枢作用可能机制，希望为今后的针刺戒烟研究提供一定的参考依据。

Objectives of Study：

The cumulative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of tobacco dependence is still unclear. Exploring its neurobiological mechanism can effectively help tobacco dependent people stay away from smoking addiction and play an important role in follow-up treatment and withdrawal. This research through the needle stab deficiency through melting point using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fmri) further to explore the central role of acupuncture in the treatment of tobacco dependence system possible mechanisms hope for the future provide certain reference for studies of acupuncture to quit smoking.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合烟草依赖诊断标准;②自愿戒烟，愿意参与本次研究，签署知情同意书;③年龄 30-45 岁;④烟龄≥10 年，每日吸烟≥10 支;⑤右利手;⑥无核磁禁忌症;⑦进入研究前 30 天未进行过针灸治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria for tobacco dependence; ②was willing to participate in the study and signed the informed consent; ③ 30-45 years old;④ smoking more than or equal to 10 year smoking more than 10 per day in recent January; ⑤ dextromanuality; ⑥ no nuclear magnetic contraindications; ⑦ had not received acupuncture treatment 30 days before entering the study.

排除标准：

①患有严重的心、肺、脑、血液系统疾病；②过去半年接受过其他戒烟治疗；③患有精神疾病或有烟草之外的物质滥用或依赖者，如酒精依赖或毒品依赖者；④患有诊断不明确的疾病者；⑤经研究者判断处于其他无法达到研究要求的疾病或精神状态；⑥有出血、凝血机制障碍或正服用抗凝血药物的人士；⑦怀孕或哺乳期妇女；⑧患有幽闭恐惧症或者体内含有铁磁性物志植入等核磁共振的禁忌人群。

Exclusion criteria：

① Serious heart lung brain and blood system diseases; ② have received other smoking cessation treatment in the past six months; ③ substance abuse or dependence other than nicotine; ④ have a disease with an unclear diagnosis; ⑤ other illness or mental state judged by the investigator; ⑥ people with bleeding blood clotting disorder or taking anticoagulant drugs; ⑦ pregnant or lactating women; ⑧ people who suffer from claustrophobia or have MRI contraindications such as ferromagnetic implants in their bodies.
