评估张氏点穴疗法联合艾瑞昔布片治疗急性发作期膝骨性关节炎的即时镇痛效应

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the immediate analgesic effect of Zhang's point therapy combined with eroxib tablets in the treatment of acute knee osteoarthritis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合膝骨关节炎诊断标准； （2）年龄在50-75周岁，性别不限； （3）发病病程≤1周，VAS评分≥7分； （4）就诊前1周内未曾接受其他治疗； （5）具有膝关节肿胀、疼痛等疼痛急性发作加重症状； （6）影像学Kellgren-Lawrence分级不超过Ⅲ级； （7）自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; (2) Age 50-75 years old gender is not limited; (3) Duration of disease ≤1 week VAS score ≥7 points; (4) No other treatment has been received within 1 week before the visit; (5) Symptoms of acute exacerbation of pain such as knee swelling and pain; (6) The Kellgren-Lawrence grade of imaging should not exceed grade III; (7) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①对非甾体抗炎药过敏者； ②伴活动性胃肠疾病者； ③因结核、肿瘤、骨折所引起膝关节周围疼痛及活动受限者； ④局部皮肤破损、溃烂或患有皮肤疾病患者； ⑤合并有痛风性、风湿性或类风湿性膝关节炎患者； ⑥合并有心、脑、肝、肾、造血系统等严重原发性疾病或精神疾病患者； ⑦合并有严重骨质疏松症者； ⑧安装有人工关节患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Allergic to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; ② Patients with active gastrointestinal disease; (3) Patients with pain and limited activity around the knee joint caused by tuberculosis tumor or fracture; ④ Patients with local skin damage ulceration or skin diseases; ⑤ Patients with gouty rheumatic or rheumatoid knee arthritis; (6) Patients with serious primary diseases or mental diseases such as heart brain liver kidney hematopoietic system; ⑦ Patients with severe osteoporosis; ⑧ Patients with artificial joints.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用随机数字表法进行随机分组，采用信封法实现分配隐藏。由第三方人员采用SPSS 25.0软件按1:1制作随机数字表，并制作随机分配卡，放进依次编号的信封内，纳入研究的受试者入组顺序领取对应信封，依据信封内随机分配卡的提示进行分组，按1:1比例分为药物组和推拿药物联合组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Random number table method is used for random grouping and envelope method is used for allocation hiding. The third party used SPSS 25.0 software to make a 1:1 random number table and made a random distribution card which was put into the numbered envelopes. The subjects included in the study received the corresponding envelopes in the order of enrollment and were grouped according to the random distribution card in the envelope and were divided into the drug group and the massage drug combination group according to the ratio of 1:1.
