研究目的：

1.分析光疗联合耳穴压豆与单纯使用耳穴压豆对心脾两虚证睡眠障碍青少年患者生物节律的影响。 2.分析光疗联合耳穴压豆与单纯使用耳穴压豆对心脾两虚证睡眠障碍青少年患者睡眠质量和焦虑的改善效果。

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the effects of phototherapy combined with auricular acupressure and auricular acupressure alone on the biorhythms of adolescent patients with heart-spleen deficiency sleep disorder. 2. To analyze the effects of phototherapy combined with auricular acupressure and auricular acupressure alone on the improvement of sleep quality and anxiety in adolescent patients with heart-spleen deficiency sleep disorder.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、年龄14-25岁； 2、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index，PSQI）评分≥ 8 分； 3、广泛性焦虑(GAD-7)评分 ≥ 5分; 4、中医诊断为心脾两虚证睡眠障碍 5、对治疗情况及检查均知情同意，自愿参加且配合本试验者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 14-25 years old; 2 Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score ≥ 8; 3Generalized anxiety (GAD-7) score ≥ 5. 4. Chinese medicine diagnosis of heart-spleen deficiency sleep disorder. 5. Informed consent for treatment and examination voluntary participation and cooperation in this trial.

排除标准：

1、失眠由于全身性疾病如疼痛、发热、咳嗽、手术等干扰引起者； 2、本身有严重疾病者，如有心血管、肺、肝、肾和造血系统等严重的原发性疾病者； 3、患有眼部疾病。 4、目前正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 insomnia due to systemic diseases such as pain fever cough surgery and other disturbances caused by the person; 2 those who have serious diseases themselves such as cardiovascular pulmonary hepatic renal and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 3 suffering from eye diseases. 4. Those who are currently participating in other clinical trials.

耳穴压豆组：①用75%酒精消毒耳部穴位.②穴位选择包括：神门、心、皮质下、肾、胃、垂前、枕。③进行耳穴探查，找出阳性反应点。将耳穴贴贴于选定穴位处，每次5-7穴为宜，用拇指、食指轻按数次,操作时间5分钟。

Auricular pressure bean group: ① sterilize the ear acupoints with 75% alcohol. ② Acupoint selection included: Shenmen, heart, subcortical, kidney, stomach, anterior pituitary, and occipital. ③ Perform auricular exploration to find out the positive reaction points. Apply the auricular patch to the selected acupoints, 5-7 acupoints at a time is appropriate, with the thumb, forefinger gently pressed several times, the operation time of 5 minutes.

光疗联合耳穴压豆：在耳穴压豆治疗的基础上增加光照治疗，具体为：佩戴1500Lux的光疗眼镜，每日早上7:00-7:30进行干预，每天半小时，共14天。
