研究目的：

本研究旨在探索基于-“脾主肌肉”理论的津沽脏腑推拿法对老年性肌少症患者的临床疗效。随着我国老龄化进程的加快，肌少症已成为严重影响老年人生活质量和健康的重要问题。通过研究推拿治疗对患者肌肉质量、力量及生活质量的改善效果，验证中医理论在现代临床中的应用价值。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the clinical effect of Jinju Zangfu massage on senile patients with sarcopenia based on the theory of "spleen main muscle". With the acceleration of the aging process in our country sarcopenia has become an important problem that seriously affects the quality of life and health of the elderly. By studying the improvement effect of massage therapy on muscle mass strength and quality of life of patients the application value of TCM theory in modern clinic was verified.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

年龄在65岁及以上。 符合亚洲肌少症工作组（AWGS）诊断标准。 自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Age 65 and older. Meet the Asian sarcopenia Working Group (AWGS) diagnostic criteria. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1）不符合纳入标准者； 2）患有严重的心血管、脑血管、肝、肾等全身性疾病。 3）认知或言语障碍，无法配合研究。 4）近期手术史或对推拿治疗有禁忌症者。 5）其他不适合本研究项目的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

He has serious cardiovascular cerebrovascular liver kidney and other systemic diseases. Cognitive or speech impairment inability to cooperate with research. Patients with recent surgical history or contraindications to massage therapy.

使用SPSS 21.0软件生成随机数字表，按照1：1比例将受试者随机分至试验组与对照组。随机分组信息由项目研究人员专人负责。使用棕色牛皮纸信封，信封表面依次进行数字顺序编号，按照数字编号，放入对应的受试者分组信息。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

SPSS 21.0 software was used to generate a random number table and subjects were randomly divided into test group and control group in a 1:1 ratio. Randomized information was assigned by the project researcher. Use brown kraft envelopes the surface of the envelopes shall be numbered in sequence and the corresponding subject group information shall be placed according to the number.
