Objectives of Study：

Through the cross-sectional research method this study explores the current status of clinical trial investigators' knowledge attitude and behavior towards registration and understands the level of knowledge belief and behavior and the influencing factors; through interviews the key factors affecting registration are deeply explored and analyzed and suggestions are made to enhance the registration rate and standardization of clinical trials
