研究目的：

本研究通过采用MytonPRO手持式无创测量仪对电针治疗前后椎旁肌肉性能变化进行量化评价，旨在观察电针对慢性下腰痛患者椎盘肌肉性能的影响及临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the changes of paravertebral muscle performance before and after electroacupuncture with mytonpro hand-held noninvasive measuring instrument, so as to observe the effect of Electroacupuncture on the performance of vertebral disc muscle in patients with chronic low back pain and its clinical efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄>18岁； （2）有3个月以上的腰痛病史； （3）招募前4周内未接受系统性介入治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients with a history of lumbago for more than 3 months; 3. Patients who did not receive systemic interventional therapy within 4 weeks before recruitment.

排除标准：

（1）脊柱病史手术； （2）神经系统疾病史； （3）腰椎CLBP以外的疾病，包括腰背骨折和下背部肿瘤； （4）皮肤上有伤口或疤痕 （5）体重指数（BMI）≥30。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with history of spinal surgery; 2. Patients with history of nervous system diseases; 3. Patients with diseases other than CLBP, including low back fracture and lower back tumor; 4. Patients with wounds or scars on the skin; 5. Patients with body mass index (BMI) >= 30.
