研究目的：

1、探索处于弛缓性瘫痪的脑卒中患者在接受电针曲池、手三里、合谷等手阳明大肠经穴位治疗前、中、后的脑电节律振幅及近红外成像的变化。 2、比较不同弛缓性瘫痪脑卒中患者的脑电节律及近红外成像差异。

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the changes of EEG rhythm amplitude and near-infrared imaging in stroke patients with flaccid paralysis before, during and after the treatment of Large Intestine acupuncture points such as electroacupuncture at Qu Chi, Shusanli, hegu, etc. 2. Compare the changes of EEG rhythm and near-infrared imaging among stroke patients with different duration of flaccid paralysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1)年龄在18-80岁之间、性别不限； 2)符合《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》中对脑梗死与脑出血的诊断； 3)经CT或MRI证实脑梗死或脑出血。 4)Brunnstrom上肢及手功能分期评分处于Ⅰ期；改良Ashworth上肢及手评定在0级者； 5)意识清楚，生命体征平稳，配合治疗者； 6)签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Ages 18 to 80 years, regardless of gender; 2) Conforms to the diagnosis of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in The Key Points for Diagnosis of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019; 3) Confirmed cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage by CT or MRI. 4) The upper limbs and hand function score of Brunnstrom stages recovery at the stage I; Modified Ashworth scale of upper limbs and hands rated at level 0; 5) Have clear consciousness, stable vital signs and cooperate with the treatment; 6) Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1)非脑血管事件； 2)已接受其它治疗或正在参与其他干预性研究； 3)合并严重骨肌疾病； 4)无法配合康复治疗和评估； 5)合并其他严重脏器或系统性疾病； 6)合并严重认知及精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Non-cerebrovascular events; 2) Have received other treatment or are participating in other intervention studies; 3) Combined with severe osteomuscular disease; 4) Unable to cooperate with rehabilitation treatment and evaluation; 5) Other severe visceral or systemic diseases; 6) Combined with severe cognitive and mental illness.
