明确电针治疗PSP的疗效与安全性，为临床推广应用电针治疗PSP提供客观依据

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to assess the effect and safety of electroacupuncture on post-stroke shoulder pain, and provide objective evidences for the clinical application of electroacupuncture on post-stroke shoulder pain

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合中风病、肩痛的诊断标准，且肩痛发生于中风后； ②单侧肢体偏瘫，2期≤上肢Brunnstrom分期≤5期； ③14天＜病程≤6个月； ④年龄40岁～70岁； ⑤意识清醒，病情无进展性加重； ⑥自愿参加研究，配合相关检查、治疗及评定。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke and shoulder pain, and shoulder pain occurs after stroke; 2. Hemiplegia of one limb, patients with stage 2 <=Brunnstrom stage of upper limb <=stage 5; 3. 14 days < course <=6 months; 4. Patients aged 40-70 years; 5. Patients with clear consciousness and no progressive aggravation; 6. Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and cooperate with relevant examination, treatment and evaluation.

排除标准：

①反复中风且肩痛反复发作或加重者； ②脑外伤、丘脑病变、颈椎病、肩周炎、心肌梗死等非中风病所致肩痛者； ③存在严重心、肝、肾等脏器疾病、精神疾病及恶性肿瘤者； ④对针刺、电针过敏或装有起搏器、支架植入术者； ⑤正在参加其它研究而影响本研究评价者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with recurrent stroke and recurrent or aggravated shoulder pain; 2. Patients with shoulder pain caused by brain injury, thalamic lesions, cervical spondylosis, periarthritis of shoulder, myocardial infarction and other non apoplectic diseases; 3. Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney and other organ diseases, mental diseases and malignant tumors; 4. Patients who are allergic to acupuncture or electroacupuncture or have pacemaker or stent implantation; 5. Patients who are participating in other studies that affect the evaluation of this study.
