研究目的：

通过临床随机对照试验，研究电针刺激特定腧穴对剖宫产手术后胃肠功能恢复的影响，并通过分析电针治疗前后产妇胃动素（MTL）、血管活性肽(VIP)水平的变化，分析电针刺激对此两种胃肠肽分泌的影响，试图探讨电针促进胃肠功能恢复的可能机制，为初步评价电针在剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效提供循证医学证据。

Objectives of Study：

Through randomized controlled clinical trial, the research has studied whether the electroacupuncture stimulating specific acupoints can have impact on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section. Through detecting and analyzing the change level of motilin（MTL）and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) before and after electroacupuncture treatment, we attempt to study the influence of Electroacupuncture on the secretion level of these two kinds of gastrointestinal peptide, and discover the correlation between gastrointestinal hormones and the recovery index of gastrointestinal function. The probable influence mechanism is further discussed and explored in the clinical research, which can naturally provide relevant evidence supports on evaluating the clinical effect of electroacupuncture on the gastrointestinal function recovery after cesarean section based on evidence-based medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在22-40岁； （2）手术方式采用子宫下段剖宫产，麻醉方式选用硬膜外麻醉； （3）同意接受治疗并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 22-40 years; (2) The lower uterine incision was used in the operation, and epidural anesthesia was used in the anesthesia; (3) Agree to receive treatment and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)术前合并胃肠功能紊乱疾病，如慢性便秘、结肠炎、肠结核、肠易激综合征等； (2)合并有严重的心、脑、肺、肝、肾疾病； (3麻醉方式为全麻者； (4)术后放置镇痛泵者； (5)术中出血≥500mL者； (6)手术时间≥1.5h者； (7)既往有2次以上腹部手术史者，或术中发现粘连严重者； (8)由于采用某种其它疗法，以致无法评估疗效者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Preoperative complications of gastrointestinal dysfunction, such as chronic constipation, colitis, intestinal tuberculosis, irritable bowel syndrome and so on; (2) Combined with serious heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney diseases; (3) The mode of anesthesia is general anesthesia; (4) Postoperative analgesia pump was used; (5) Intraoperative bleeding was larger than 500mL; (6) The operation time was larger than 1.5h; (7) There were 2 or more cases in abdominal surgery, or severe adhesions were found during the operation; (8) The use of some other treatment leads to a failure to assess efficacy.

由研究者为30例实验对象按照其进入研究的先后顺序进行编号，标号为1到30的正整数；运用SPSS22.0软件为每一个编号的对象生成相对应的随机数，随机数也是1到30的正整数。以随机数为关键因素，病人编号为次要因素进行排序，并按照顺序大小将随机数分为3组，分别为1到10，11到20，21到30，从而相对应的实验对象也分为电针经穴组、安慰针组和空白组。将每个实验对象的编号与分组标签对应并装信封备用，根据病例收集情况分别进行有针对性的治疗、观察和数据记录。
