研究目的：

通过穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆能有效提高临床疗效，使肺移植术后患者纳差、乏力、腹胀、便秘、恶心呕吐等胃肠紊乱的临床表现得到缓解，提高患者舒适度，减少肺移植患者住院日，提高患者生存质量，减轻医疗经济负担。融合中医辨证施护思想和现代医学的整体护理思想，能提升临床疗效，缓解临床症状，为肺移植学科的发展保驾护航。

Objectives of Study：

Acupoint massage combined with ear pressure can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, relieve the clinical manifestations of gastrointestinal disorders such as poor admission, fatigue, abdominal distension, constipation, nausea and vomiting of patients after lung transplantation, improve the comfort level of patients, reduce the hospitalization time of patients with lung transplantation, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the medical economic burden.The integration of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing thought and modern medicine holistic nursing thought can improve clinical efficacy, relieve clinical symptoms and escort the development of lung transplantation.

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁； ②2017年7月至2022年8月我院肺移植术后患者； ③2020年8月至2022年8月签署知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged over 18 years; 2. Patients after lung transplantation in our hospital from July 2017 to August 2022; 3. Patients who signed informed consent from August 2020 to August 2022.
