研究目的：

验证活络油与刮痧理疗仪联合干预治疗寒湿型慢性非特异性腰痛效果，能够形成一套针对寒湿型慢性非特异性腰痛的特色中医理疗技术解决方案。

Objectives of Study：

Verify the effect of activating luo oil and scraping therapy instrument combined treatment of cold-dampness chronic non-specific low back pain, can form a set of characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy technology solutions for cold-dampness chronic non-specific low back pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合慢性非特异性腰痛诊断标准者； （2）符合中医辨证属于寒湿证型腰痛者； （3）年龄在 18-40 岁之间者； （4）3 分＜VAS 疼痛评分＜7 分； （5）无正在进行的疼痛相关治疗； （6）理解并愿意积极配合治疗，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic nonspecific low back pain; (2) Lumbago conforming to TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to cold and dampness syndrome; (3) Those aged between 18 and 40; (4) 3 points < VAS score < 7 points; (5) No ongoing pain related treatment; (6) Understand and be willing to actively cooperate with treatment and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）经诊断有明确病理改变如严重感染脊柱肿瘤结核结构畸形强直性脊柱炎骨折椎间盘突出马尾神经/神经根综合症等 （2）伴有下肢感觉运动障碍的明显神经根损伤或脊髓受压症状者 （3）过敏体质或伴有严重的其他系统性疾患者如血液病高血压糖尿病皮肤病等 （4）治疗期间联合服用与本病相关的药物者;治疗前 24 小时内服用了任何止痛药 （5）妊娠和哺乳期患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Confirmed pathological changes such as severe infection of spinal tumor, tuberculosis, structural malformation, ankylosing spondylitis, fracture, disc herniation, cauda equina/nerve root syndrome, etc (2) patients with obvious nerve root injury or spinal cord compression symptoms associated with lower limb sensorimotor disorders (3) Allergic constitution or other serious systemic diseases such as blood diseases, hypertension, diabetes, skin diseases, etc (4) Patients who take drugs related to the disease during treatment; Any painkillers taken within 24 hours of treatment (5) Pregnancy and lactation patients
