研究目的：

本研究目的旨在评估经皮穴位电刺激治疗在无痛胃镜检查后胃功能紊乱中的作用，并分析无痛胃镜检查后患者胃功能紊乱的迷走神经调节机制。

Objectives of Study：

This study was designed (1) to evaluate the effects of needleless transcutaneous electrical acustimulation (TEA) on gastric functional disorder after painless gastroscopy, and (2) to investigate the mechanisms involving autonomic function in postoperative patients after painless gastroscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）受试者年龄为18-65岁，性别不限； （2）自愿加入本研究，能接受问卷调查、验血检查、配合无痛胃镜及胃电图检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-65 years male and female; 2. Volunteered to participate in this study, and can be tested by questionnairs and blood specimen and painless gastroscopy and electrogastrogram.

排除标准：

（1）对无痛胃镜中使用的麻醉药物过敏者； （2）妊娠期、哺乳期女性； （3）已知足三里等针灸穴位者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous anesthesia allergy; 2. Women in pregnancy and lactation; 3. Accepted acupuncture treatment at ST36 recently.
