研究目的：

1.和解少阳法（利胆化痰活血方）防治脾瘅（代谢综合征）中医智能云管理临床疗效客观化评估； 2.基于和解少阳法（利胆化痰活血方）诊治脾瘅（代谢综合征）临床疗效客观依据，申报作用机制明确、疗效确切的利胆化痰活血方作为中药院内制剂和新药研发。

Objectives of Study：

1. Objective evaluation of clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese Medicine Intelligent Cloud management in the prevention and treatment of spleen pain (metabolic syndrome); 2. Based on the objective basis of the clinical efficacy of the method of resolving Shaoyang (Lidan Huatan Huoxue Recipe) in the diagnosis and treatment of splenic plexus (metabolic syndrome), the Lidan Huatan Huoxue Formula with clear mechanism of action and definite curative effect is applied as hospital preparation of traditional Chinese medicine and new drug research and development.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

① 符合上述西医诊断标准即代谢综合征患者； ② 年龄在 18～70 岁之间，男女不限； ③ 知情同意，签署知情同意书，并自愿受试。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with metabolic syndrome who meet the above diagnostic criteria of Western medicine. 2. Patients aged between 18 and 70 years old are not limited to men and women. 3. Patients with informed consent signed the informed consent form and took the test voluntarily.

排除标准：

① 妊娠或哺乳期妇女。 ② 1 型糖尿病和妊娠糖尿病及其它类型糖尿病者，继发性高血压和/或高脂血症者。 ③ 有严重的心、肝、肾等并发症或合并有其他严重原发性疾病，精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Type 1 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus and other types of diabetes mellitus, secondary hypertension and / or hyperlipidemia. 3. Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney complications or other serious primary diseases, mental illness.
