研究目的：

挖掘北京地区四位名老中医（路志正、田德禄、王庆国、姜良铎）治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的辨证施治方法、诊疗技术、用药特点、核心方药；并提炼不少于一种名老中医独特辨证方法、特色有效方药或特色诊疗技术，录制成可推广应用的视频资料。

Objectives of Study：

To excavate the syndrome differentiation method, diagnosis and treatment techniques, medication characteristics and core prescriptions of four Illustrious Senior Traditional Chinese Medicine (Lu Zhicheng, Tian Delu, Wang Qingguo and Jiang Liangduo) in Beijing in the treatment of Chronic atrophic gastritis, and extract not less than one unique syndrome differentiation method, characteristic effective prescription or characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology of Illustrious Senior Traditional Chinese Medicine, and record these experiences into video materials that can be popularized and applied.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 经胃镜和病理组织学检查确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者；2. 患者自愿签署知情同意书；3. 参加三次诊疗及随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with Chronic atrophic gastritis diagnosed by gastroscopy and pathohistology; 2. Patients voluntarily signed informed consent; 3. Patients who participated in three diagnosis and treatment and follow-up.

排除标准：

1. 合并消化性溃疡、胃食管反流病、胃息肉、病理诊断疑有恶变及有胃部手术者； 2. 合并心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病者； 3. 合并严重精神疾病者，如精神分裂症、抑郁症、焦虑症等； 4. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 5. 对自我症状叙述不清或调查不合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastric polyp, pathological diagnosis suspected of malignant transformation and gastric surgery; 2. Patients with serious diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 3. Patients with severe mental illness, such as schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, etc.; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Unclear description or investigation of self-symptoms.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

(1)研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表 (2)经过监查员检查后的病例报告表，由监查员签字后，及时送交临床试验数据管理员 (3)数据管理员在进行数据录入，按编号的顺序归档保存，并填写检索目录，以备查考

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

(1) The investigator loads the data into the case report form in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner based on the original observation record of the subject. (2) The case report form after the inspection by the auditor is signed by the auditor and sent to the clinical trial data administrator in time.
