研究目的：

本课题通过观察基于CHC理论设计的视知觉、注意力、记忆力、推理认知模块对精神发育迟滞儿童认知康复效果的影响，探讨该多认知训练领域在改善精神发育迟滞儿童认知和适应性行为的作用，为精神发育迟滞儿童回归学校、适应社会提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the effects of visual perception, attention, memory, and reasoning cognitive modules on cognitive rehabilitation in children with mental retardation based on （Cattell-Horn-Carroll）CHC theory design, and explores the cognitive and adaptive aspects of children with mental retardation in the field of multi-cognitive training. The role of sexual behavior provides a scientific basis for children with mental retardation to return to school and adapt to society.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

① 符合《精神障碍诊断与统计手册（第5版）》（DSM-5）制定的诊断及分型标准； ② 年龄4-6.5岁，男女不限； ③ 韦氏幼儿智力量表（C-WYCSI）总智商（FIQ）<70； ④ Vineland适应行为评定量表-中国版（VABS-C）适应能力商数（ADQ）<70； ⑤ 经过儿童监护人同意自愿加入本课题，并在“知情同意书”上签字。

Inclusion criteria

1 Comply with the diagnostic and classification criteria established by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th Edition) (DSM-5); 2 Aged 4-6.5 years, male or female; 3 Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (C-WYCSI) Total IQ (FIQ) <70; 4 Vineland Adaptive Behavior Rating Scale - China Edition (VABS-C) Adaptability Quotient (ADQ) <70; 5 Having voluntarily joined the subject with the consent of the child's guardian and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

① 存在严重视、听、运动障碍； ② 有癫痫病史未获得有效控制； ③ 合并有严重心、肝、肾、造血系统等疾病； ④ 不能听指令且配合度差致使无法完成评估和训练； ⑤ 正在参加影响本课题结果评价的其它临床研究。 符合以上任何一条标准者,不予纳入研究

Exclusion criteria：

1 There are serious visual, auditory and motor impairments; 2 The history of epilepsy has not been effectively controlled; 3 Combined with serious heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other diseases; 4 Failure to listen to instructions and poor coordination may result in failure to complete assessment and training; 5 Participating in other clinical studies that affect the evaluation of the results of this topic. Those who meet any of the above criteria will not be included in the study.

盲法：

本课题因无法对研究对象设置盲法,仅对招募人员、结局指标评价人员、数据管理和统计分析人员设置盲法，盲底由项目管理者保存，项目管理者不参与干预。

Blinding：

Due to the inability to set blind methods for the subjects, this project only sets blind methods for recruiters, outcome indicator evaluators, data management and statistical analysts. The blind bottom is saved by the project manager, and the project manager does not participate in the intervention.
