研究目的：

本研究的目的主要是通过TMS检测受试者针刺远端的生物全息肘穴、腕穴与局部曲池穴、外关穴后肱桡肌MEP（潜伏期、中枢传导时间、振幅）变化，与及用Quiq2.0APP软件测试来量化手部反应，初步探讨两种取穴方法对上肢运动功能的影响，为临床针灸治疗提供一些理论资料。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to detect the changes of MEP (latency, central conduction time and amplitude) of brachioradialis muscle after subjects acupuncture distal bioholographic elbow point, wrist point, local Quchi point and Waiguan point, and use quiq2 0app software test to quantify hand response, and preliminarily explore the impact of two acupoint selection methods on upper limb motor function, so as to provide some theoretical data for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.

排除标准：

既往有上肢外伤史，上肢神经骨骼肌肉疾病的人群

Exclusion criteria：

People with previous history of upper limb trauma and upper limb neuroskeletal muscle diseases
